I needed to replace some guitar stands that were aged and held together with duct tape. (Yes, really!!) Instead of doing the individual stand, I opted for a three-way. For the price and for what I need it for, this stand works! I use to hold my acoustics and with a bit of adjusting, I got it to hold them. I'm not crazy about the rubber straps holding the instruments in the stands but I have NO problems getting the guitars in place and the headstocks have PLENTY of room. I would recommend using this in the studio or for small intimate gigs or events. I know there are more expensive ones out there built for ruggedness, but this stand suits my home studio/rehearsel space just fine!!

This is an inexpensive stand constructed better than other multi-guitar stands that I have owned in the past. I have acoustic guitars and the bodies and headstocks touch with no way of adjusting the height of the neck support of overcome the issue. However, using the rubber that is intended to keep the neck inside the support, positioning the rubber half way across the u shaped support and resting the neck on the rubber, the bodies and headstocks do not touch. This will resolve the guitars from touching and there is enough of the neck support left to keep the instruments in position. Down side is someone walking by could knock it off the stand. I'm not totally dissapoiinted in this stand but wish I could use it as it was designed. Electric guitars may not have this issue due to the thinner bodies.
Three acoustic guitars do fit on this stand however the bodies and headstocks touch. Adjusting the height of the neck support does not resolve the issue. I don't own electric guitars, it may not be an issue with the smaller guitar body.
The construction of this stand is far better than other multiple guitar stands I have owned in the past.
Based on the price, this in an inexpensive stand made of durable materials. It can be adapted to allow acoustic guitars without them touching.

Comments about Musician's Gear Triple Guitar Stand:

For the most part this triple guitar stand is a great bargin for the money. I would like to see this stand made out of cast iron instead of the thin sheet metal. That would drive up the cost but I think some people would pay for that feature.

Comments about Musician's Gear Triple Guitar Stand:

Played professionally for years and now only play in a church band. Disabled and funds are tight so I depend on the inexpensiveness of Musicians Gear to get by and have a fair amount of their brand of product. I play Bass, keyboard, or drums wherever needed and just recently picked an electric guitar for my own personal use so now single guitar stand has become obsolete. Also have a Schecter Bass on backorder and that will make 3 axes so when I saw this triple guitar holder and it was on sale over labor day I thought why not. Well, quality is FAR below what I expected, bottom and top holder rattle around alot even though bolts are tight and I just wouldn't trust it on the road. Such a shame cause alot of other Musicians Gear product has held up fine for me.

Comments about Musician's Gear Triple Guitar Stand:

Shipped fast by MF, easy to assemble. I've had other high quality stands and this one is adequate at best. I would change the design on the "C" rest where the neck rests. Its a bit loose and wobbly. I supposed a bit of duct tape and you are good to go - lol. For the price and installation, I would recommend IF you are just keeping guitars in a studio or home. But I would not advise for live or gigs.

I am a music teacher and I have been buying these cheap guitar stands for years. They work fine. I just unpacked 3 more in my music classroom. Thank god its a big room because they really smell, like toxic foam smell. If you have these in your house I would suggest airing them out in the garage for a few days then the smell eventually goes away. You won't find a cheaper stand for the price. I tried one of the rack style stands made by warwick i think it was. It held 5 guitars- it was just as cheap as these and was floppy and unstable. These are great just don't lose the nuts and the plastic retraining things.

I purchased this for my son who has two acoustic guitars and one electric. Two of them are 3/4 scale which might help, but he has issues with fitting all three guitars on the stand without them making contact with each other. Other than that, it's not too bad.

This thing works exactly as described. During live performances, I can have my E-tuned guitar, drop-tuned, AND my bass guitar right there for me. No need for a guitar gopher! In my home studio, my guitars are immediately accessible with this stand. For the price I paid, you could afford at least two!
The only real problem I see with the design, is the tripod legs. Three legs are fine for a single guitar stand, not a triple. However, a little carefulness keeps your guitars as safe as any stand on the market.
