Overall, I give this cable a 9 as it has great specs, has worked for me through everything I have put it through, and the bang for the buck feature is undeniable. The plugs plug in well, the cable behaves when in use, and it coils up for me great.
The only thing that I would like to see is a better plug, but if that would increase the price of the cable, then it's OK as it is now.
If you take care of the cable, it will be there when you need it.
This is a guitar cable, so let's get real. It has all of the proper materials to be an instrument cable that you can depend on to work. I really don't know why other reviewer's are having such a bad time with this cable. Folks, it's guaranteed for life, so if it breaks, get a replacement. It's really that easy!
But let's see, oxygen-free copper wire, copper shielding, great looking jacket (if you like the vintage look) and the plugs while not a big brand name do the job just fine. The plugs even have a gold plated ground tip, so for the price, you are getting one heck of a deal. This is the Tweed Right Angle Instrument 20' cable by the way.
And remember, these cables are guaranteed for life.
The quality of these cables are good, they can be better, but they are good as any other cable. They are not audiophile grade cables, but as far as I can tell, the sound of my guitars are not altered in any way shape or form.
I've compared this cable with Planet Waves, Live Wire Elite, Rapco Horizon, Monster and Core X2. This cable compares favorable with these cables, which is incredible considering the price of these cables.
I've had my 20' cable for roughly one year and it's held up just fine. I don't run over the cable or plugs with cars, tractors or 18 wheel trucks, so that may be a factor in why they have held up so good.
I tend towards taking care of my equipment, so that's another factor in why these cables have held up well for me.
I gave these cables 7 for quality due to the fact that they do not use Amphenol or Neutrik plugs, but then these are not audiophile cables.
I cannot emphasize enough the bang for the buck feature this cable has, musicians who are on a budget can get a decent instrument cable with great specs at a great price. I wish this cable was around when I started out playing guitar (broke musician, LOL!).

I have found buying cheaper priced guitar cables isn't smarter.
Great looking tweed design and has gold tips...WOW!
I own a couple of these in size 10' and 20' and now the 20' is having issues. The sound quality has decreased very bad to a point where I was cranking my amp thinking something was wrong with my gear.
I switched to the smaller tweed cable and the amp jumped in volume. Turned out the pretty blue 20' tweed cable is no longer working like it should.
Looks are deceiving and this cable when it was NEW looked and worked excelent. Not the case any longer with the 20' I own. So far the 4 other 10' tweed cables I also own have been ok but time will tell if they crap out like the 20' did.
I am not rough on my cables at all. I don't wrap em up tight and don't pinch them. They are plugged in and barely dragged, that's it.
When they are new they are really noticeably better than the cheaper cables I've tried. How ever the 20' is giving me issues and the sound has dropped a lot to a point where I can't continue to use it.

First one I ordered was a dud. It would cut in and out when it moved.
Easy return process and the second one works just fine.
The jack fits my Gibson SG and Orange Tiny Terror head just fine, is snug, not loose like some of the reviews mention.

The cables come in different sizes and so be careful when ordering. The low advertised low price will grab your attention but the longer the cord the price goes up. These cords are still the best bargain for 90 degree connects. I love it. I just wish I had bought the 20 footer instead of the 10. I wanted a shorter cable for the stage at church so people would not step on it like the 20 footer I was using but the 10 footer I bought was just a little too short. Don't know if they make a 15 footer but it would be nice. I let my Son have this new cord and I will have to order a 20 footer. The best thing is the 90 degree when putting your guitar or bass on a stage stand. The connector doesn't get bent over like a normal cable and it doesn't stick out of the guitar 3 or 4 inches to get knocked around. I love it!!!

Like I said, I'd expect pro's to use Monster or higher level quality; for everyday gigging at a smaller level, these are fine for effects loops, etc.

I have a Telecaster and needed a cable with a right angle plug. I had a box of cables, all with straight ends and although they worked, all were in the way with the cord/plug sticking out of bottom of the guitar.
This cord not only works really well but it looks great. The tweed covering has a good feel and adds to a professional appearance. Other vinyl covered cords are easily damaged and seem to develop noise over time.
