Comments about Road Ready RRGTR Universal Electric Guitar Case:
I bought this case because we have a gear trailer that is hauled by a 40-foot MCI bus and our road crew has a tendency to handle gear like baggage-handlers at the airport. No one will hurt this case...not even the bus itself. The good news is that the recessed butterfly latches and spring-loaded handle will never break off without some serious abuse. Here's the bad news:THIS CASE WEIGHTS 24 LBS WITHOUT A GUITAR IN IT!!! So, I guess it works for body builders.A case this heavy should have wheels on it. Although I like accessories compartment, Road Ready could have easily made it three-times the size or multiple compartments of the same size. There's tons of wasted space. I'm gonna keep it. It was a decent price but the money I saved will have to go to my chiropracter. Holy Cats, is this thing heavy!!
