Features:

Had my eye on this case for awhile. I really like the fact that you can store more than four guitars on it. To say that you could safely store seven guitars without hacking them up, I don't think I would try it. It has little velcro dividers on the bottom of the inside of the case that lets you set the width of the spaces. Inside of the case is nice & plush. Bars that snap together into place that hold guitars are of decent sturdy material. Why would you attach these components to paper thin hinges, attached to super thin luan wood covered with contact paper?

Quality:

When I openned my case, that I received as a bithday present, the super " paper" thin hinge that held the folding divider to the bottom part of the case had broken off.  The thickness of the wood is super thin so the attached stand bars that hold the guitars rocks left and right. Not sturdy at all. I had to also reinforce this part of the case. Good thing I can fabricate all of this stuff eh?

It is made to appear that this case is constructed as other road cases that I own however the outer black covering is contact paper and not formica. After using it quite a bit over the last year the contact paper is coming off & scratched deeply in several spots.

Value:

If Roadrunner would put another little bit into the construction of this case it would be worth the money. A road case is made to withstand the abuse of the road. This case leaves alot to be desired.

Overall:

I like the features and look of this case. The quality of the materials used to construct it are extremely cheap. If this case were less, you would still need to "beef" it up before you could use it

with multiple guitars.

Quality is not up to par

Features:

The idea is a good one, and it does hold the guitars well. Just be sure not to put too much faith in it holding together.

Quality:

The top bar where the necks of the guitars rest will not snap into the side rails. I've tried everything I can think of, but the two little buttons that are supposed to snap into holes in the side rails will not fit. They are a fraction of an inch off center and will not fit into the holes. As a result the top rail is not fully secure. That is fine as long as it isn't being moved. If you have to move it, be sure to take your guitars out - even if you're just sliding it a few feet.

Value:

I'm glad this doesn't sell for suggested retail. It is not worth the price as it is.

Overall:

The quality is just not there. I was thinking of buying another one because I have so many guitars, but the next stand I buy will not be this one for sure.

Decent product once you work with it

Features:

I actually sent back the first flightcase because it was damaged in shipping - that was because of the cheap flimsy cardboard box it was shipped in. It arrived with a hole smashed in the bottom of the case. The second case came without issue but I had to fix a couple items before using it. There were 2 staple on the bottom of the case that were sticking out that I had to finish hammering in and I had the finish setting one of the hinge pins that hold the upper arms in place. Other than that it is working fine. I bought it to use with 4 acoustic guitars and they fit fine - but use up all the space. The guitars are 2 classicals, a Dobro, and a 12 string so they are all full body depth guitars. You could probably fit at least 5-6 thin body electrics but I think 7 would be pushing it

Quality:

From the outside it looks great - on the inside, not so great - everything is covered with a nice soft cloth but the separators are flimsy and the velcro fasteners mediocre.

Value:

I would have liked better quality for the money that I spent.

Overall:

While the case will work OK for what I need it for, I am not sure how it will hold up in the long run. I may be rebuilding it after some use. I take care of my equipment and don't abuse it, but still not sure that the case will hold up. It is better than the 3 guitar stand I was using because it doesn't allow the guitars to hit each other when you are changing instruments.

Looks better in Pictures than in Person

Features:

Claims to be a 7 Guitar Stand but really holds no more than 6 with room for comfort. My stand will hold one full sizeTakamine Acoustic dreadnought, one full size Guild X 155 Jazz Box, a Fender American Tele and Strat with two Les Pauls and that is the most it can handle.

You can adjust the guitar body size using the soft Velcro pads but handles will limit how the guitar neck will fall against.

For transport, you take the stand apart by lifting the push button and hole that secures the entire structure.  The metal structure feels flimsy.

Quality:

The Case looks great but the hardware really fails the durability test in the twist and turn method of closing the latches  Does not feel solid if you are taking this on the road and constantly taking out your guitars.

Value:

Way overpriced but I'm keeping this because it holds my guitars and I don't plan to take apart and put together on a regular basis.  I got a great used Level 1 deal but certainly not worth paying retail or on sale.  Pay more for a case that is more solid with quality hardware and latches so your guitars will not bang into eachother.  That would be a great sin if you don't want chips or scratches on your vintage or new gear.

Overall:

Okay, but shop and pay more for a professional case.  This looks great but isn't.
