This stand fits VR-700 well and probably many other keyboards. If you use a pedal board like PK-7A, it will be about one inch too narrow between the legs. A smaller 13-key pedal board would probably be OK. It's great, very compact, yet sturdy stand.....just not with Roland PK-7A or larger pedal board set.

Geate stand. comfortable and friendly.
Easy to assemble, easy to change the heights.
I bought this stand for my 11 years old daughter. I looked for somthing sturdy, especially because we have younger kids at home and a baby who climbs on everything and can be hurt. This is so strong, that even if the baby shakes it, it does'nt move and the baby and piano are safe.

I replaced an Apex stand that I had for about 15 years with this Roland Stand. I use a 76 noteKurzweil PC2 keyboard and it works great. This stand is a great value and I would have gladlypaid more for it than I did.It is compact, sturdy,made out of metal, easily adjustable, easy to transport in my station wagon.It doesn?t take up much room on stage. It doesn't scratch up the bottom of your keyboard and your keyboard stays in place on the stand. I?m very happy with this purchase. Thanks Musicians Friend!

Santa has recently delivered to me a Casio CDP-100. It's roughly 25 lbs., 88 keys fully-weighted. I had an X-stand from my 61 key casio, which weighed about 8 lbs. The stand collapsed under the weight of the CDP-100 and my finger on one key.Friends have all agreed that their experiences with X stands just aren't positive (even the double bars don't add stability in the front-to-back direction). This Z stand is perfect for ANY keyboard of any size/weight. You could throw a heavy analog synth on this thing and it would feel like playing a grand piano on a marble floor.I use this on carpet, and between the long, wider feet on the ground and the thin foam layer between the top and the keyboard itself, it still has a solid feel to it. I can really hammer on the registers and feel the keyboard pushing back. I scored features at 4.5. The only complaint I have (and I would still buy the stand in light of this) is the height adjustment isn't easy. I may just need to get a feel for it, but you slide the legs up and tighten the screws. However, the screws are meant to feed into holes drilled in the legs to mark discrete intervals for adjustment. You can't see the holes, and I spend a bit of time trying to "feel" the screw into the hole.This stand will hold up your table for thanksgiving dinner. It's an incredible bargain for its quality and utility.

this thing holds like a thousand pounds, it could hold an elephant if you got one! i definitely consider you to get one of these for your keyboard, especially if it's heavy.
