Comments about Seiko DM100 Digital Metronome:

I researched many metronomes before deciding on this one and I am glad I did purchase this one. I liked that it had the tapping feature (so you can get the tempo of a song you are listening to), that it could be set for increments of 1, that it had a digital display, the price was reasonable, and carries a brand name in timekeeping. Wish it was stereo rather than mono but still, I have no purchasing regrets since I started using it one week ago. The previous people who wrote reviews on this helped me decide, too. My thanks to them.

Comments about Seiko DM100 Digital Metronome:

There are two types of "beaps" which I had to play with the unit to find. One is not as offensive.
Otherwise, it is very usable.Im glad I chose this model.

        dm100 metronome

        By alex koleber

        from Undisclosed

Comments about Seiko DM100 Digital Metronome:

as a drummer, i bought this after recording a session live with no click and hearing how much my timing breathes. i know everybody thinks they have a perfect mental metronome and most are too proud to pick one of these up to use but its made a great deal of difference for me. during rehearsals i just put my earbuds in and play to a click everytime. this one is cool too because you can tap in to a timing. say if someone else starts the song (guitar or bass) and you need to match time with them, you can push the button *one*two*three*four* and it will calculate the timing for you and after four counts will begin clicking to that speed. very cool. the only reason i gave it a nine is because when you are switching modes, the tuner comes on and deafens you if youre not ready for it and have the volume up loud (only if you are using earbuds). BUT if you play another instrument besides drums and need the tuner feature, it might actually be a good thing for you. dont play with slopping timing, get one of these!
