I use this adaptor for my Tascam CD-GT2 Guitar Trainer CD player. That thing uses batteries pretty quickly. I realized that for the cost of 3 or 4 sets of batteries I could just buy the adaptor. It has a nice long cord and an angled plug on the end to plug into the CD-GT2.

I bought a TASCAM digital recorder DP-008. It will eat batteries very quickly, this is very much needed if you get the recorder.

I didn't think I needed one of these, but it's great. The display is always on (instead of just for a couple of seconds) and I don't have to worry about the recorder failing half way through the session.
