Comments about Weber Speakers Signature Series Ceramic 10 15 Watt 10" Speaker:
I love these things. These are the closest thing Ive found to the 10" driver Celestion Produced for the Marshall 1965 cabinets.I had one of those new and these are dead on as far as i remember. They have a heavy, stiff paper cone, like the old celestions and they take the overdrive and express it very accurately along with reverb, and whatever other effects added in. Heavy duty. Marshall should be using these today instead of those [*] made facimiles. These are Made in the USA. Incredible price. It would take a whole of of persuading to get me to ever buy another kind 10" speaker.

Comments about Weber Speakers Signature Series Ceramic 10 15 Watt 10" Speaker:
This speaker has neutral qualities - it's neither efficient nor inefficient, neither bright nor dark,it's balanced across the frequencies,etc..but it has a really interesting quality to it,it breaks up early and sounds cool in this way..the thin straight cone adds break up texture to your sound, people into Neil Young/White Stripe, garage rock, swamp rock,etc.. will really like this speaker.I find Weber's 12 inch straight cone not as ear friendly as this 10 inch version,go with the 10's,they're pleasant to the ears.
Also it's balanced with enough sparkle at the *far* end of the treble spectrum, great on cleaner tones but can sound a little fizzy with distortion so unless you have a Vox style top cut, bright switch or presence control you may want to factor this in - some may like this quality,it makes your amp sound more overdriven than Celestion type speakers.
All in all it's really cool speaker,it has a unique sound to it,it snarls and spits when pushed with OD.If you want a clean punchy tone at loud volumes look elsewhere, these are all about texture and character...and don't let low the price fool you, they're not just great for the money, they are great sounding speakers period. And don't let the fact that harp players use them throw you off, they rock in guitar amps.
