I used this case for a Schecter Omen 4 bass. A couple of inches to spare at the top. The body fits nice and snug.

I am extremely happy with the quality and design of this case. I had initially ordered a different though similar type of case from a different brand, but because it would not fit my guitar (a Godin SD), I took the recommendation of a Customer Service rep and tried this Bass case instead. Of course I am happy to have a case that fits my guitar (not a "perfect fit", since there is extra room that would have been needed if I had a bass) and holds it snugly, but I am particularly impressed with how well designed it is. For my last electric (a Fender American Standard Strat), I had a Fender hardshell case, but for months now I have been using a gig bag for my Godin, which needless to say provides no protection for the guitar, and whose only advantage is being lightweight. Granted, a case like this does not provide the kind of extreme protection of a hardshell case, but if you are careful with your instrument like I am, and basically avoid situations where your guitar would be violently jarred if at all possible, I can see little advantage to a hardshell over this wonderful case. Not nearly as heavy as a hardshell, and frankly with far more storage space than any hardshell case I have ever had whether electric or acoustic, I am extremely happy with this purchase. Time will tell as to the durability of this product, but so far I think it is wonderful!

This case was recommended to me by Ethan at Musicians friend as a good fit for my Fender Jazz bass when I called to find a good model. My bass fits perfectly & the case has held up well & suits my purpose. I would like to see an external lock as the only shortcoming of this case. I recommend it !
Very nice case. The lining reminds me of my Les Paul case. More plush than some other cases & the zipper quality is heavier duty than other brands I have had. The storage pockets both inside & outside hold pretty much anything I need. The shoulder straps slide into a pocket on the back of the case & don't get in the way when not used. It is a light & useful case.
This case is of better quality than I expected for the price. The zipper track works well on both the case & exterior pockets. The interior is sized well & my jazz bass doesn't move around.
Very good for the price. It has many features that many other cases don't have, particularily those priced in the same range.

I've had this case for about 14 months now. Bought it before heading off to college so that I could fly back and forth to school with a bass. It's survived three different airlines, layovers, transfers, dorm room abuse, and just general use and it has not complained one bit. I'd trust this case with just about any instrument.

Nice case. Holds my Precision and Jazz basses perfectly. Nice protection and plenty of storage for straps, cables, etc. Nice and light too! The zipper closure is a little cumbersome if you're used to latches on hardshell cases, but not really a problem. I'd recommend this case to anyone.

this case works for me. it carries my jazz bass to and from wherever i'm playing. however i have found that the handle has gotten lose and i had to re tighten it. also the zipper thing that runs the perimeter of the case sometimes comes of the zipper base if pulled to hard. overall its nice. it has straps for a backpack which i have used while riding my bike, but i miss my old hardshell. juse preference i guess. lots of features only a few shortcomings.

Beautifully made, lightweight, and quality construction throughout, this is a perfect fit for my Music Man Stingray. It also fits my P-basses. However, a J-bass with Dunlop strap pegs, will not fit. But then, Fender instruments usually do best with Fender-designed cases. For the Stingray, it's perfect, and that's what I bought it for.

So I picked this up today at guitar center and I will say I was a little unsure of making the purchase without ever reading a review on this product. So when I got home and put my bass in it and all its accessories I found out how amazing it is. It seems to be extremely durable and my bass fits perfect in it with little movement at all. The backpack straps are a great addiction and provides a great feel when worn. I must buy for anyone who wants the protection of a hardshell without the cost
