Crushing fuzz chaos in a rugged, quality-built effect pedal, for a great price.
Take your favorite disharmonic octave up fuzz from yesteryear; give it some extra oomph, and you'll have some semblance of what the Vintage Fuzz Master is capable of. The Devi Ever Vintage Fuzz Master guitar pedal works well with bass, guitar, vocals, synths, drums, and anything else you can run through it.
The fuzz pedal's Volume knob controls the outbound gain of the fuzz circuit, and there is a lot of gain on tap. Use it loud to push an amp into overdrive or boost lead parts. Be careful though, it can get very loud on a clean amp. The control knob changes fuzz intensity and character, so you can control the level of fuzz punishment pumping through your amp in to total sonic chaos.

I got this pedal hoping it would be like an octavia sound but more extreme, and without the octavia touchiness (where you only get the octave-up if you play real clean fundamentals through the neck pickup), but rather a blistering octave-up all over the place. I'm happy to say that is exactly what it is and more in that the texture knob gives you other great fuzz colors as well. One negative is that I couldn't get one of the screws out to put a battery in. Absolutely fused solid (and now half-stripped). I'll have to drill it out or something but the thing sounds amazing so I'm not so ticked.
