I have played Eden speakers exclusively since 1994. This cab is on par with the best the David Series has to offer to discerning bassists who take pride in their tone and spend time learning their gear. I play through a WT800 head, and was able to dial in a smooth, full range tone easily. To be fair, Eden gear is not for the "plug and play" bassist. It is sophisticated and extremely versatile, but unmatched on tone and range for the discerning musician. This cab is big, so don't buy it if you commute on the subway or drive a Prius. But overall, it's easier than hauling two D-410XLT's.
I traded my ampeg rig to get this cab along with the Eden WT800C head. And I was completely disappointed with this whole rig because it lacked the low end that the ampeg delivered, the speakers farted out in higher volumes, and it couldn't even handle my Ibanez SR505 bass. This rig is way overrated and overpriced. It also doesn't retain its value because when I went to resell it to get the money to but my Ampeg rig back I only got a 1/4 of what it sold for new. So if you're thinking about buying this rig, don't! Instead go out and get you some Ampeg baby! You won't be dissapointed.
