I played a Epiphone SG Special through one of these full blast on with the gain way up and the bass & treble about half way, reverb way up and it really sounded great! The acoustics in the room I was in were great since it was a livingroom with a very high 30 foot ceiling, so the sound really had room to breathe. The amp has a very cool late 70's look to it also, a great amp for beginners or a great amp for smaller gigs by seasoned pros!
