Rock the house with a G-K half stack.
Take charge of the bottom line with the Gallien-Krueger 1001RB-II Head/Neo 212 Cabinet Pack with Covers. Includes a 1001RB-II 700/50W Biamp Bass Head and a Neo 212 Bass Cabinet, each with a heavy-duty nylon cover.
This head is a state-of-the-art monster designed to deliver maximum performance with minimum fuss. An extremely high-current power supply and matching power amp circuitry extract every ounce of this head's awesome output. Its high-current design eliminates the need for current-limiting circuitry that muddies your tone. The biamped design delivers 700W to the woofer and 50W to the horn using an electronic crossover for seamless 2-way sound. 4 bass-specific bands of active EQ give you ultraprecise tone-shaping power. 3 voicing filters help you further shape your sound. 2-year warranty on electronics.
Neo 212 Cabinet
This is a front-ported cabinet housing 2 custom-designed cast-frame neodymium 12" loudspeakers which deliver high sound output at a fraction of the weight of conventional speakers. A Paragon horn tweeter delivers your top end with brilliance and clarity.
The Neo 212 performs beautifully, with consistent response from top to bottom, plenty of definition in the highs and midrange, and a fat low-end. It switches between standard full-range operation or biamped with GK's biamp system. Both Speakon-style and 1/4" connectors are provided. The Neo cabinets are constructed from rugged 11-ply poplar, wrapped in heavyweight Tolex, and fitted with sturdy, interlocking corners and a 16-gauge steel grille. 600W power handling. 8-ohm impedance.

There's a company that -- rightfully -- has called itself the industry standard for decades. I've owned several of their products, and loved them. But, why also pay for "A" name? Roll over Rover, let G-K take over! In addition to lots of watts, it has a great four-band EQ made just for us bass players. It offers even more tone control with its filters.Power? Plenty of that and it's clean if you want, or capable of producing a growling roar, too. Its built-in bi-amp, combined with the two 12s and the horn, gives you both brainwave-rearranging bottom, with a crisp, clear top end, too.The 212 cabinet nicely bridges the gap between 10" speakers and 15" speakers. It gives you the punch of 10" speakers, with the guts of 15" speakers, and without compromise. Its great for any style of music, and easy to move.If you need to move more air -- read that get louder -- this amp can get you there, just add another Neo 212, and a couple of Neo 115 cabs. You'll be moving more air than your hair can handle!
