This has some deep, rich tone. Carries sound nicely. Not bad on portability. Sounds great mixed with a 2x10 cab.
I just recentlky got back into playing bass. I bought two other amps and cabinets before settling on this one. I play small to medium gigs. I drive it with a 400RB head. Performance has been great. Other than a little hum at higher power range, it's done great.
Why did they ever combine a horn with a metal cover. The vibration from the horn makes an extremely annoying buzz. I disconnected the horn and tried numerous things to prevent the metal cover from buzzing but nothing worked so far.
I had two of these 115s die on me. I got them replaced quickly, I was on my third one within a month. This one is working fine though, but with everything it does scare me because of past experiences.
