    Righteous Uni-Vibe sounds are yours.

The Lovepedal Pickle Vibe effects pedal is a true bypass pedal with a small footprint and huge sound. Delivers on thick, lush vibe sounds straight out of the sixties.

This is not a copy of the Uni-Vibe circuit, but rather a unique approach to generating those same lush swirling tones.

The Lovepedal Pickle Vibe guitar pedal has speed control on the outside with a large knob so you can turn it with your foot, intensity trim pot on the inside. The trim is a very sensitive adjustment, but once you get it dialed in to taste, it's set it and forget it.

    Lovepedal Pickle Vibe

Comments about Lovepedal Pickle Vibe Guitar Effects Pedal:

Not a real Univibe, doesn't claim to be. Does get a good amount of that atmospheric, well, vibe. Stronger than a regular phaser, not quite as intense as the real Univibe, but very musical just the same.
Only one control on the outside, another requires removal of the rear. Other than that, makes great use of it's small footprint. Lot of tone for a little space.
Very well made and thought out. Seems to be a professional tool, not a toy or gadget.
A good buy for what it does.

Is it a univibe or not?

    By sal difranco

Comments about Lovepedal Pickle Vibe Guitar Effects Pedal:

    Great sound.great quality,great price.great pedal.
I didn't care if it wasn't an authentic univibe tone,I don't care if it has a ridiculous name.I listened to alot of youtube, then went and played it next to some of the more expensive so called univibe pedals. The "pickle" is a much thicker tone if that is an appropriate word for it .The effect is more pronounced than alot of the other pedals out there and every setting sounds awesome. The other pedals I tried sounded very good but had a limited sweet spot.Beware of the internal trim pot; a turn one way or the other and the effect is almost completely shut off.Definitely two thumbs up for the Pickle

    NOT a Univibe Clone

    By Dave-y7fAl

Comments about Lovepedal Pickle Vibe Guitar Effects Pedal:

This pedal didn't set out to be a Uni-vibe clone. So stop comparing it to one, and don't buy it if you are expecting one. Look elsewhere. Lovepedal set out to design their own unique sounding Vibrato. And that's exactly what they did. In my opinion it sounds better than the Mini-Dejavibe 2 by Fulltone which is a Uni-vibe clone. That is also not a bad pedal. This is in my top 5 favorite pedals, and I own over 50. It's simple to operate. VERY small. The smallest pedal I own. 9V operation. Noiseless switch. True bypass. Great pedal. What more could you want? Also online demo's as usual don't do it justice. Try it yourself.

    Reflective of Price

    By Anonymous

Comments about Lovepedal Pickle Vibe Guitar Effects Pedal:

The vibe is good, but it's soooooo choppy. Real vibe pedals have a smooth modulation, but the pickle vibe has a distinct chop, you'd think it had a tremelo aspect to it. With a normal univibe that smoothly modulates your sound through the frequencies, it doesn't matter if you sync the rate with the song, because the modulation is smooth and gradual. This thing is really choppy, not subtle at all, so if it's out of sync with the song your playing, it starts to sound really harsh. Also if you aren't using your neck pick up, this thing will sound like mush.

    Great for the price

Comments about Lovepedal Pickle Vibe Guitar Effects Pedal:

This vibe is an excellent product for the price. It's not as good as more expensive vibe's such as Fulltone's Deja Vibe, which I also own, but for the price, this is hard to beat. Also, the size is incredible, this frees up so much real estate on my board, it's ridiculous. I find this vibe much darker than the Deja Vibe, and the modulation itself is a little choppy, not as smooth as a clasic sounding vibe. Personally, I don't mind the lack of volume and depth controls on the outside, as once I find the sweet spot for those, they never get touched anyways. If you're looking for value for a vibe type pedal, this thing can't be beat.

    retake update on review

Comments about Lovepedal Pickle Vibe Guitar Effects Pedal:

I was not able to get another Vibe pedal yet so I have been using this little box and I have to say it works quite well especially for being a little box w one knob. Also no battery for this puppy just power supply feed which is good for me as I stopped using batteries like 10 yrs ago. I tried many positions in line for this Vibe and currently I have it before my gains and overdrives. Seems to work quite well or into a slightly dirty or clean channel. As mentioned this is a tweaked phaser not a photocell circuit like the usual Vibes. It gets the cool pulse and sounds good clean or dirty. I dig it. I am still wanting the higher end vibes and the issue they have more controls. This works fine for about the same cost as the VL, or BBE, which are also good units and photocell tech.

    Lovepedal Pickle Vibe

    By stratosaurus

Comments about Lovepedal Pickle Vibe Guitar Effects Pedal:

Been a long time fan of the "univibe" effect, had several of them and still want several others. Got this little puppy to tied me over after waiting forever on T-Rex to ship. This is not a photocell vibe circuit, it is actually a phaser circuit tweaked and tuned to the vibe pulse sweep. Works well for what it is, do not, do not, attempt to mess with the interval pot, there is a good reason it is inside. A slight turn either direction and the effect quits completely. I always struggle where to put the vibe, tried it everywhere. Most like them before ODs or gains, I find that does not always work or sound that good. This works in the loop quite well and gives a decent intense sweep like a real vibe. Cool for the bucks, tiny little thing good for crowded board. Gives you a decent vibe pulse but does not take away the better photocell circuit boxes like VoodooLab or the BBE, T-Rex. The kings are still the Fulltone, Roger Mayer or the Ubervibe box.

    Find Some Hendrix Tone Here

    By Tom-xsOoZ

    from Lexington, KY

Comments about Lovepedal Pickle Vibe Guitar Effects Pedal:

What a great vibe pedal!?!! Straight forward and easy to use. You can do the Band of Gypsies thing if you want or find your own trippy, fluid tone. The pedal has two lights, one red for on/off, and one blue that flashes in relation to the intensity of the pedal. Internal trim pot is sensitive like the desciption says. Clockwise increases treble and counter clockwise decreases treble dullens the effect.Great pedal for jamming...adding new textures to your leads. Really small too. Doesn't take up much room on your pedal board.Very happy with mine.
