I like this pedal. It's really good for the price. I want the Mark Tremonti power wah, but this will do for now. I can get some good leads and nice clean intro's with it. I recommend this pedal over a crybaby anyday. Alot of people complain about the on/off switch being on the side of morley pedals, SO WHAT! I like it better that way. On a crybaby or Vox wah pedal, you have to worry about accidentally switching the pedal off if rock it forward too much. I love it being on the side, though I'd prefer a switchless wah pedal.

This pedal arrived on Thursday. I set it up with my pedal board and begun to play around with it. I wasn't that impressed to begin with. I played it for maybe 3 or 4 hours. The next day I go to play... I plug in my guitar, turn on the distortion and octave pedals and start goin at it. Then I turn on my Wah (this pedal) and the sound just cuts out. I did the "Usual" and unplugged the pedal from the board and just ran it straight into the amp, still nothing... the In and Out functioned fine, but when I push 'wah' everything just dies. Very disappointing. Try a crybaby and spend the extra money.

Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
This is hands-down the best wah wah pedal on the market. It's not bulky like the others. And the sound you get is awesome. Look no further... the Morley Classic Wah is a no-brainer.
Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
This is the only wah i've ever owned, although I've used the Cry Baby and the Vox Wah, and the Morley Classic Wah sounds better than those two. Its very simple, just an on/off button and that's all. Sounds very good either clean or dirty, and its very durable. Solid pedal, always comes with me on my pedalboard.
Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
its not a cry baby but does not wear out like a crybaby the Morley Classic Wah is great for frank zappa tones it does them to a tee but for standard crybaby tone it does not nearly their is thier an optical style dunlop out their?
Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
This is a pretty cheap pedal. It gets a wah sound that I like, and its easy to get used too. It's way heavy and pretty big. Get an ac adapter or power supply or a daisy chain or something cuz it kills batteries hella fast. It also gets low volume at its down position, beware.
Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
This pedal is a very well built wah, nice and beephy! I like wahs that don't have a over the top wah, and this is essentialy what I was looking for. I plug this through my bass and get that reconizable cliff burton, metallica sound. Just got this pedal and fell in love with it. For my opinion cry baby sucks!
Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
To all of you guys who prefer this to your cry baby, I'll trade you right now. This thing is a aglorified tone control. If you ar looking for bite and razor sharp skin cutting top end, forget it with this thing. The best I can compare it to is turning the tone knob ofrom bright to dark on your guitar. Don't waste your money! Get a Cry Baby or a Vox!
Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
I've owned this thing for like 10 years. It has been durable and reliable, but it's frequency is centered in the wrong range -- shrill high-end and almost no low-mid sweep. Also, the pedal won't sit in any position except completely down, so no backed-off wah tone here unless you use duct tape!Every time I've ever plugged this in, I've hated its sound.
Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
My brother has owned this wah for 2 years and it's held up great! It can play anything and the range is great. I played my friend's crybaby and I can't say I would ever choose it over this Morley! He's used it live and for jams. Great for funk and just as good as a crybaby for those Slash-like solos! He let me use it for my birthday, and woah! The size of it is real nice. the only other wah I like is a crybaby, so that's the only other I can compare it to.
Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:
Let's start out honestly - I with I'd never sold this wah.I used to own this and for some reason I still can't remember I traded it for a Dunlop Crybaby. The Morley model had everything I could want in a wah pedal - very rich texture, thick sound and didn't make my guitar sound like it was coming out of a tin can.I regret ever selling it and now that the prices have gone up on it I don't know when I'll be able to get it back.
