I bought this amp, or the older version of it from a friend. Mine just says Microbass on it, maybe it's the first version? Either way, this is the best little amp I've ever heard on my Cort electric strat. It cranks out the volume with great tone. Can't say anything about it for bass players.

I have had this amp for a little more than a year now. I have 2 major complaints. The first on is that you cant turn it up past 3 or so without it getting distorted, and rattling. the second one is the peak volume is really quiet. if you have a 5 string bass, i would not recommend this amp for you. it might sound good with a 4 string though. all in all, i absolutely hate this amp and would not recommend it to anyone.

The Best Bass Practice Amp In The World.

This has got to be the best practice amp in the world. I was originally reluctant to buy it since I was looking for something bigger. But once I started using it I knew I had made the right choice. It is suprisingly loud-I used it in our high school auditorium and it was plenty loud, even over drums and guitar. If you can afford to spend this much on a practice amp, it's well worth it.

Great practice amp

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

I have owned it for about 2 years and am well pleased with it for practice and have even used it as a stage monitor running through a main. Not quite beefy enough for my Carvin 6-string, but great for 4 string basses.

Great little practice amp

I have owned this amp for about 6 months and I use it for my bass and my keyboard. It is a great little practice amp and I use it everyday. It is small enough to be able to go anywhere and it can be direct boxed out to go into a house system. Nice tone, but remember, it is a small amp and is not in the same league as say the BAM210, which I also own and use for live work. You can get a nice little cover to keep it from getting banged up. Nice little amp! Has plenty of power for small gigs and home studios.

Not a bad sound for 20 watts

I have owned this amp for about three years,i got it used. I never would have paid full price for it. The sound is alright, but there is no line out which I think would have made is a lot better.

An Ok amp.

By Dave-Qib9p

from Undisclosed

An Ok amp for a practice amp but not big enough to perform with. Also it is a little to expensive and you can get an ashdown for the same price and get better features, and better sound. Not bashing the amp, 10 inch speakers just sound better without the distorted sound when turned up, which this amp gets.

I've had this amp for about a year. When the volume is at 3 or 4 it starts to become distorted. It's tone is average at best and it's extremely expensive for the size and the quality. I don't recommend this bass to anyone. I recommend looking at fenders.
