This cab compliments my RG80ES very well, going from a 16/4 ohm cab with 2 jaguar speakers to the 8 ohm 4x12 version is a big difference. It will shake the walls of your house and make your neighbors want to kill themselves, for the price you can't go wrong with this. The bass response is very tight and the high's cut through very well. I have pretty dissatisfied with my 2x12 jaguar cab, I'll probably end up buying a high end Randall cab later on but this is a great starter cab.

I wasn't expecting a great cab here, and it isn't so you get what you pay for. It has the four low quality Randall Jaguar speakers that seem to distort and can't handle a lot of low end without farting out a bit. I have played through it with a Randall Rh50T, Peavey XXX and Peavey Valveking and it doesn't produce the thumping lows of the Peavey cabs. It isn't horrible though. It sounds decent. If you are looking for a low price cab, there might be better options at this price. I got mine used so I can't complain, I just might change out the speakers.

Comments about Randall RX412 Cabinet:
I bought this cabinet to go with my Peavey Transtube head, and it is awesome....the tone and sustain is unbelieveable. If you're looking for a good cab with a nice price, this is the one!!

Comments about Randall RX412 Cabinet:
I've always used Marshalls. This year I decided to try Randall, and I'm so glad i did. This cab rocks. Built like a tank, so it can handle road wear, and the sound is lethal. The lows are punchy and rock soild. The highs are spot on for many different styles. However, do not mistaken this for an all styles kind of cab. This cab is ideal for metal.....thank god.
Comments about Randall RX412 Cabinet:
I've had this cab for maybe eight months and it's a really good cab! It really balances out your highs, lows, and mids very well. The Jag Speakers are a little lacking but if your short on cash than this will do you wonders. The only problem is that you can't go crazy with your lows because it eventually begins to woof and it's so annoying. It's not bad and I recommend it.
Comments about Randall RX412 Cabinet:
This amp was a major step up from my crate flexwave. I run either my flexwave head or a randall G2 rh100 both use a BOSS metalcore, and the sound it produces out of this amp is AWESOME! I dont have to worry about my speaker cones getting torn up like my other two cabs that I've had. The only thing I will change eventually will be the speakers because I am getting that annoying farting sound out of the jags, I plan on getting eminence Texas Heat speakers.
Comments about Randall RX412 Cabinet:
I just got this cabinet the other day to add to my Randall WARHEAD amp..I'll say that it defiantly is a solid cab and it brings out the mids and highs while my warhead cab has the lows over all it's a good run for the buck but if you're looking for low good "METAL CHUNK" then this cab might not be for ya..try a XL cab instead
Comments about Randall RX412 Cabinet:
I've had this Cabinet for a little over a year and I've used it a lot at shows and at practice. It is one tough S.O.B. and it gets the job done. I run a RX120 head with a Digitech RP250 and an Ibanez V and it sounds excellent! Very loud, great tone and bottom end. I can't wait to get a second one along with a G3 150 watt head, that will be massive!
Comments about Randall RX412 Cabinet:
I use the Randall RX412 with a Marshall AVT150H head (I believe they don't make those anymore) And I'm just waiting for a break where I can afford to buy another one of these cabs and make a full stack. The single cab by itself is amazing, so I can only imagine a twin above it... Wow! It cooks. You can hear each individual note clearly, the bass response is tight and pounding, and if you play the thrash stuff like I do, then I can't imagine getting a better balance out of a cabinet than this one. And for THAT price too? You gotta be kidding me. I dunno what they're smoking, but they should be making more money off of this cab. Randall amps earned my loyalty and respect just through this cab. The Jaguar speakers, in my eyes they rival Celestions, possibly even surpass them. Just incredible.
Comments about Randall RX412 Cabinet:
I have had this cab for a few months and I'm happy with it. I can easily be heard over my drummer and I dont overpower my co-guitarist who runs a crate gx half stack. A little hevy but its ok. Go Randall!!
