Comments about Randall T2 Series T2C 100W 1x12 Guitar Amp Combo:

My previous review was all negative because the amp would not work at all. Before handing it to a tech I decided to take a look for myself just for the heck of it (I generally do not have the faintest clue when it comes to amps). I unscrewed the back panel and found a disconnected speaker, doh!! Turns out, the amp works just fine. I like the clean channel a lot, but the gain channel is what it's all about - many different tones to be had when playing with the dials, and it took me just a few minutes to find one to my liking. Engage the boost, and it gets extra crunchy, yummy! I can only guess what it sounds like fully cranked, because at 9 o'clock and lots of gain it blows me out of my room.

Comments about Randall T2 Series T2C 100W 1x12 Guitar Amp Combo:

I bought a re-stock, super cheap, and now I know why it was so cheap - it produces no sound whatsoever! The LEDs work, but the tubes are dead - I will have to find someone to take a look at it. Too bad I had it shipped abroad so a return is out of the question. First time I have received a truly defective item after hundreds of online purchases. Lesson learned.

Comments about Randall T2 Series T2C 100W 1x12 Guitar Amp Combo:

Great product, bought it as a restock item, great amp, beautiful sound, great deal. I wanted to get into tube amps, so this hybrid was a great way to start. Sadly there is no reverb or delay built in, but nothing a pedal can't fix. Worth every penny!

Comments about Randall T2 Series T2C 100W 1x12 Guitar Amp Combo:

Great amp for the price (restock). I don't think that I would pay full price, but there aren't too many amps that I would pay full price for. Good power and sound, but keep in mind that it is solid state so there is that ice pick-y sound at higher frequencies, but not as much as other solid states. The distortion is great, although at higher gain levels expect some noise. Really cool addition to the arsenal.
