I will tell you the real deal on this pedal after using it and doing a lot of research on it. The pedal is very similar (if not electronically identical) to the modtone vintage analog delay pedal you see for 100 dollars. And it has many other names depending on what country it is sold. It is great for the cost and is a nice addition to almost any setup.
Here is a very detailed review for all those considering the pedal (your welcome! ha):
The pedal is decent quality. It has a great metal case and feels very sturdy. The switch is average quality and somewhat loud and a little bit firmer than other simlar switches. Also, the battery compartment is accessed by unscrewing four screws, which some may find inconvenient. And the on/off indicator light is a nice and bright red, albeit a little weird in how it is mounted and covered (you will see if you buy it).
The pedal is true bypass, whic is nice in many situations (but not all!). It does have a very audible "click" in the audio output, due to the true bypass switching (common). So If you have other delays after this one, or a loud/long reverb, you will especially notice the click.
The delay time is relatavely limited compared to a standard digital delay, but seems adequate for an analog delay. The shortest time might not seem short enough, and the longest might not seem to be long enough either (depending on your tastes and applications). But they do work. The max delay time is about 380 ms I believe. And the shortest is about 35-40 ms maybe. It is a nice slapback echo style, going up to a decent medium-long delay.
The repeats do have audible noise (like a stacic style white noise), which I believe is in part due to the voicing of the unit (it is supposed to sound "analog"). This bring me to my next point- THIS UNIT IS NOT TRULY AN ANALOG DELAY. BUT IT IS VOICED TO SOUND AS SUCH. THIS IS THE SAME CASE WITH THE ESTEEMD CARBON COPY PEDAL, THOUGH. Sorry to burst anyones bubble, but hey, what'd you expect for such cheap prices (and yes, even the carbon copy is cheap for a supposed analog delay pedal, with modulation).
The repeats knob is nice but it does not self oscillate (unlike, say, a carbon copy). The longest setting is not excessive and the shortest is a simple 1 repeat. And the level knob works as it should. However, turning it all the way to the right wtill won't mute the dry signal, so this delay won't really work in parallel mode (unless you welcome the phase issues it will create). You can mod this by changing a resistor value, but it is surface mounted, so it is hard to work with and could cause some damage if not dealt with carefully. I like to mod pedals but decided not to mess with this one yet, because it was too risky in my opinion.
Overall it is a nice peadal, especially for the price you can pick them up at. Any more than 30, though, and I wouldn't buy it, personally. It is nice for anyone needing a delay. The true bypassing and good build make it an especially attractive addition to a pedal array. It is nothing to write home about, but it does what it should and sounds decent enough to play live with, and possibly record.
Buy it if it is on sale, and don't expect too much. You should be happy with it under these terms.

It's simple it just colors your sound too much. On a clean channel it's not very noticable, and I actually like using it on cleans, but that's not what I wanted from it. You just can't use the pedal with any level of OD or distortion. It essentially does this to your setup, cuts the amount of distortion to half, turns treble to 0, and mids to 11. It just gets so mushy sounding. I could see how some people would see it as warm, but to me, it's muddled and mushy. I like the natural feel to the decay, but the original note is so destroyed, it doesn't matter.

Just got this thing yesterday and put about three hours on it. You can pretty much dial up any delay type effect you like on it. Bottom line, I like it and will have no problem keeping this one in the line up.

Comments about Rogue Analog Delay Guitar Effects Pedal:
Warm sound. Wish it had a bit slower delay capability, but good for what it does. Fast setting gives nice reverb sound. Took off 1 point for limited speed, and 1 point for ever so slight hiss when engaged. But a decent pedal for performance or backup.

Comments about Rogue Analog Delay Guitar Effects Pedal:
Just wanted a good basic delay and this is it and then some. I don't have reverb on my main amp, so a delay makes a good sub for it (better, actually, IMHO). I find it only slightly colors the sound at the most extreme settings, which I don't use. For a moderate echo effect I find it works perfectly. A bargain at the price!

Comments about Rogue Analog Delay Guitar Effects Pedal:
In terms of being an analog pedal, it does everything it should, and it does it well.
My main thing here is the "coloring" it does to the sound of your guitar. it rolls off the high frequencies at around 5k and up, and it gives the entire sound a beefy boost, somehow, that is not visible on a frequency spectrum analyzer. I tried to replicate the sound via an EQ, but could not.
The sound it puts out is a very warm, thick analog tone. I LOVE it. I was going to invest in a pre amp for my electric to give it a different character when recording, but this pedal does it already.
I guess it is a preference thing. if you want a boring, exact signal replication, get a digital delay pedal.
But this one adds a nice warm, thick character to your signal. I use it MOSTLY with the WET signal turned all the way down and just let it color my sound, especially my heavy distortions...it give them a nice analog edge.
Anyway, this is a gem! For this price, this is a great pedal to have in your arsenal to play around with.

Comments about Rogue Analog Delay Guitar Effects Pedal:
I got this pedal for a quarter of the price last week and I am very happy with it.
This is probably one of the best delay/echo pedals that you will find without doubling or tripling the price. There's not much more to be said about it. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and it does it well.
Only a couple of minor complaints: it would be nice if the delay time could go longer. Also, when the battery runs low, it makes an annoying feedback sound (so just keep it plugged in when you're playing and you're all set).
I still give it 5 stars because it is a great pedal and it is serving me well even in the short time I have had it.

Comments about Rogue Analog Delay Guitar Effects Pedal:
Great construction. I don't care for the button though. It feels cheap so I'm going to be extra careful with it. I love this pedal. It does exactly what I wanted and a little more. I played around with some nice slapback delay and then longer delays on lead. It ruled. It's not the best but I got a great deal on it and I'm so glad I bought it.

Comments about Rogue Analog Delay Guitar Effects Pedal:
Got this pedal because of the price but its performance surpasses many of the more expensive delays I've used. Sturdy case & easy set up make it a winner.
