Rogue

A great-sounding echo effect for any rig.

The Rogue Analog Delay pedal creates echo effects, from short slap-back to longer repeating echoes. Use it on electric guitars, electronic keyboards and more.

Three control knobs let you quickly adjust the speed of the echo repeats, the number of echoes and overall volume of the effected sound. A true bypass switch engages and disengages the effect. An LED indicator shows you when the effect is engaged and gets dim when it's time to change the battery.

The Rogue Analog Delay pedal is made of aluminum and built to last.

Features

  • Sturdy, lightweight aluminum case
  • True bypass switching
  • Easy-to-use Time, Repeat and Level controls
  • Powered by either a 9 volt battery or external 9 volt DC adapter

Echo adds fun, echo adds fun, echo adds fun. Order today.

Features:

I love this pedal, This will be the 3rd one I have had, They can walk away very quick when you leave them alone, The 1st two that I had I paid the regular, When I was looking on "MF" I went to the stupid deal of the day, And there it was, Easy to use, Just plug and play, this is my main pedal, Its 1st in line in front of my other effects pedal, I would recommend this pedal to anyone that wants a nice pedal, Not a whole lot of effert to use, So go buy one and I know you will love it

Great Pedal for the Price!

Features:

The max delay time suits my needs just fine.  (If i want a crazy-long delay time i'd probably just turn on some of my rack-mounted FX gear.)

Quality:

Seems pretty well built.  It feels more *metal* than *plastic* to me.

Value:

You'd have to get a pretty good deal on some random 2nd-hand delay pedal off of Ebay or Craig's List to beat the price these sell for on Musician's Friend.

Overall:

I got this as a Stupid Deal of the Day for $30 ~ $40 with the shipping included.  It's a pretty good deal at that price; i wasn't even looking for a delay pedal at the time -- just couldn't pass it up thanks to the low cost and great value/experience i've come across with other Rogue gear.

Great deal of a analog pedal

Features:

The pedal has all the right basic controls. I do wish the controls had a bit more range to be able to dal -in self oscilation and sometimes even shorter delays.

Quality:

For the price it was great though if I caompare with other brands like Boss, the foot swithch and jacks seem to be a bit lower quality. Since the footswith is directly soldered to the PCB I worry abit that finding a replacement that matches the pads on the PCB may be challenging.

The main negative I have with this pedal is that you need to take out 4 tiny screws on the bottom of the case to swap the battery. This is no biggie if you play to pop this on your pedal board and AC power it. Using batteries, I think there's a great chance you'll lose or strip the screws before long.

Value:

i got this on a Musician's Friend Stupid Deal. I could not get a beat-up Boss used on Ebay that cheap and I think it easily sounds as good as other uints in the $100 range.

Overall:

Overall this pdal was a great deal. I've also got a Rogue Tube Overdrive that I'm very happy with. I've probably got 20 or so effects boxes and the Rogure units are much more solid than some of the other low-cost brands. The quality of the sounds and hardware is much better than the Arion devices and the low end Danelectro series. The Rougues also have beeter control range on the settting than those other low-end units.

Rogue Delay Pedal

| Review By: David Armentrout | 1 month, 20 hours ago

2 people out of 2 found this review helpful

Features:

I bought this on the "Supid Deal of the Day" and it was a great deal. For this low price, this unit works very well. I didn't realize how much I liked the analog delay until I got this but it is a good starter unit. If I find I use it a lot, I may spring for a more expensive unit. If I were rating it at any price I probably would give it a 7 or 8 but at the sale price it is a terrific buy.

Quality:

Seems very well built.
