I've been gigging with the SWR Triad cabinet for exactly 10 years this month. It's been through all sorts of music to include acoustic world type music to heavy progressive. This is the clearest sounding cabinet I have ever heard. You will hear every nuance across the frequency spectrum.
This cab has amazing sound quality and volume in a comparitively small package. It's exactly what I've always wanted in a bass cab.
Been playing for a while now, used lots of unsatisfactory gear. Played through this in the shop and couldn't resist buying it, sounds fantastic, v. versatile. Thoroughly recommended!
I've researched everything on the high-end market, and the Triad gave the "Best bang for the buck."
This cab has an icredible sound that only SWR can make. It produces the real sound of the bass, and can move some serious air. I use it with an SWR Workingmans 4004 head, and it is the best amp I've ever used
I have owned this cabinet for over 8 years without a single problem. This cabinet combined with my Basic 350 head have plenty of power for any gig. I usually end up using it as my monitor since everything is through th PA anyway. Although I have played some outdoor parties with my band and had plenty of volume.
I have been playing for a little while now. My fiance decided to buy me a whole new setup for my birthday. We got the Triad used for only $399. As soon as I plugged into it at the music store I fell in love with it.Awesome sound, good volume.. I can't even explain how good it is. You need to play through one to have any idea what it's like.I plan on buying another one eventually.
