GAIN: Regulates the amount of distortion.
LEVEL: is master volume.
LOW: Bass regulation.
MID: Middletone regulation.
HIGH: Treble regulation.
BODY: Regulates the fill/body of the sound.
A diode at the top will light when the pedal is switched on.
Input and output jacks are located on the back along with a DC 9-Volt plug.

Overall this is a great sounding pedal. I had to return the first one due to some wiring issues but the guys at Musician's Friend were great and sent me a new one.

I bought this pedal some weeks ago. I tried it on EMG guitars, and with humbucker this pedals is great: strong crunch, definition, dinamic...good. But at home i tried it also with my stratocaster and i was disappointed. The sound with my singles are horrible, without gain. the sound with humbuckers is very good, but i thuoght something more also with single coils.
