3-mode selectable, for guitar or bass!
The Killer Wail overcomes the classic faults of the wah, while preserving the original circuit design. The mode selector provides a variety of curves for greater flexibility. A custom-wound and potted inductor coil cancels noise and reduces microphonics. A bypass switch has an extra pole to remove the circuit load which can muddy and weaken the signal. Considerably warmer and more musical than conventional wahs.

Its cool, and is funtioning right, but the settings on the botton dont work to well for my style
I was disappointed. It's broken down on me 3 times before my 1-year warranty is up.
I just bought this pedal. I went to a local place in town and tried it out then bought it. I was playing purle haze and it sounded great. This is a must for everybody. if you can spend a little more, buy this.
Bought one a few months ago. Every guitarist I know has the Dunlop Crybaby, so I wanted something different. Don't like the size of the Crybabies, right foot too high off the ground, hard to balance. This one's a lot sleeker, and solved that problem. As to the sound, it couldn't be better. Only three options means the variation is up to your playing, which is good. I find each of the positions is like a different weapon, for specific styles. My only qualm is the switch is under the pedal, so it's pretty much impossible to go from one to another while playing. Seems sturdily constructed, nice and heavy, foot action is smooth, and the sound is just a little out of the ordinary. If you're looking for a wah sound that is neither Hendrix, nor Steve Vai, check this thing out.
great versatility is what you get from tech 21. the choice of three wah settings, all of which are awesome.....cant stress this fact enough....very very "vocal like" effect. beats a crybaby anyday, although some people swear by crybabys, or dunlops in general....dont get me wrong, dunlop makes great wahs. and for the record, ive tried them all...buddahs, dunlops, vox, and a handful of hand made ones as well, none of which compare. in a nutshell, i would reccomend this wah to anyone, you wont be dissapointed
