Simple, elegant architecture for rich, vibrant tone.
Absolute simplicity is at the heart of the Deliverance concept. "I'm inspired by guitar music, and I thrive on the element of surprise that occurs when a player discovers there is a lot more going on than that which initially meets the eye," states VHT founder and designer Steve Fryette. "And as stomp boxes become increasingly important sound sculpting tools, players will find Deliverance amps to be pedal friendly and ultra-responsive."
Front panel features include input, gain I/voicing, gain II/overdrive, master volume, treble, middle, bass, presence, and depth controls, as well as a standby switch and the VHT signature emerald green mains power switch. The rear panel includes 2 speaker outputs, a 3-position impedance selector switch, AC input, and ground switch. 4 - 12AX7 preamp tubes and a pair of KT88s for an output power rating of 60 watts RMS.

I have the 2x12 combo version. This amp is mean sounding with that special something. Very versatile controls and with as much gain as one could want. I am getting another. Probably the head and a cab this time. I have been playing 20+ years and I love Mesa's but this amp in really AMAZING...especially if you are a lead player.
I have had over 25 amps and this is the only one that can give my old Plexi a run for the money!Steve built a stripped down no frills best sounding tube amp on the market, despite all those ads you see in magazines. There support team is HANDS DOWN THE BEST ! They are to amps what Lexus is to the automotive world. Simply they are the Best. If you have a question they actually pick up the phone and help adress any concerns. Thanks Steve for building the best of the best
This amp is very versatile; it get sparkling clean to METAL dirty.Responds to guitar controls very, very well.Visit http://www.vhtamp.com for sound clips & owners manual. The site represents what this great amp can do...I give it a 10 accross the board, because for what it is, a one channel amp, you have complete control over a very sophisticated array of tone.Clean, to vintage to blast furnace distortion, this amp KICKS!Well done Mr. Steve Fryette! ! !
