OVERVIEW

Fabulously rich and wet chorus with stereo capability.

The V2 Liquid Chorus incorporates the chorus channel of the V2 H2O in a single pedal, with a Depth knob added to the Speed, Width, and Delay Time controls for everything from subtle to lush to underwater. The Liquid Chorus pedal also has two 1/4" outputs, normal and inverted, for running in stereo.

Wonderfully voiced for electric, acoustic, or bass guitar, using pure analog circuitry, the Liquid Chorus pedal will make your sound stand out from all the rest. At the heart of the Liquid Chorus circuit are custom-designed Visual Sound bucket brigade chips. Use the Depth knob to set the overall style of Chorus (from light to lush) and the user-friendly knobs to adjust how you want your chorus to sound. Unlike H2O, the second output of Liquid Chorus is a true stereo output for extremely spacious sounds when used with two amps, a PA system, or when recording.

From the V2 Series, the Visual Sound V2LC Liquid Chorus is a guitar effects pedal that features a die-cast aluminum housing, ultra-reliable 10 million cycle switching, easy battery access and circuit protection from AC adapters.

Visual Sound has created a truly full, lush and organic stereo chorus. I read reviews, listened to samples, and emailed the company before this purchase. I'm COMPLETELY satisfied with this product. I highly encourage you to give this a listen.

If you are like me, you have probably bought numerous pedals to find the "one" only to realize later, that a better exists. For me, this chorus will be with me for life. It's that good. I originally bought it for use with guitar, but it is SO GOOD, I'm using it with my Roland XP-60 synth, which by all accounts has a quality chorus effect. It's that good......

Build quality is superb, sound is phenomenal, and support is top notch - based upon my almost immediate response (~ 23hours) from President Bob Weil to my email inquiry.

Well built, and the switch is definitely solid and original. Sound is standard chorus, but too much swirl for me in every setting. I like 3 Dimensional luscious chorus. This wasn't full enough for me to replace: The EHX Small Clone which has the dark warmth, and the Boss CH-1 which has the shimmering contemporary modulation. Ended up returning it which I hate to do, but not what I was looking for.

Comments about Visual Sound V2 Series V2LC Liquid Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

I replaced an Ibenez pedal that was starting to hum unpredictably. This pedal is very quiet, the switch is responsive. I like the bright blue light when playing live it is easy to sense. The sound is better than the previous pedal and is pretty darn lush. Just what I needed in a chorus. The pointed design gave me a little issue on my particular pedal board, but I turned it at an angle and it works fine.

    Nice chorus...solid

    By BCY123

Comments about Visual Sound V2 Series V2LC Liquid Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

It has a well-known chorus sound (the bucket brigade) and I like that...just wish there was more to it in options. However, the Visual Sound pedals ( I have this and the V2 compressor) are quite nice and i def like the quality and the sound. NOT a tone sucker when off, got a great buffer.....Would check it out if i were you....I'm keeping mine.
Nice sound...I like it and have it on my board...replaced a Boss Ce-5 I moded and then sold as I found it to have a harsh sound....The features are solid, but I would like more variety to choose from. Has several adjustments, and sounds very good, but I am thinking of a chorus with more options, like the Hardwire....time will tell! Right now I like it and am leaving it on the board.
    Very well built
    a little pricey

    Good chorus

    By Stacy Fenton

    from southern Iowa

Comments about Visual Sound V2 Series V2LC Liquid Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

I am very impressed with Visual Sounds pedals I have their Jeckyl and Hyde pedal as well and as other my other pedals in my board go bad I will definately look at others they make for replacements. The bypass on this doesn't effect my sound at all and when in use it has a good non-digital very warm thick sound that works great for an older all tube half stack. Was contemplating the Zakk Wylde chorus but with the trouble I've been having with MXR's pedals and the good luck with Visual Sounds stuff J and H and the Onespot power supply. It made my decision a little easier.

    Visual Sound Liquid Chorus

Comments about Visual Sound V2 Series V2LC Liquid Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

A tremendously musically and tonal chorus, cannot recall having another unit better than this one. Sounds good lightly low width phasey sound to deep rich lush fast leslie warble or slow deep sweep. Really good tone and the VS line driver buffer circuit is just the best. I am a big fan of all the V2 series pedals, great tones and value for the bucks. These have a 10 mil switch cannot understand how someone had a problem, was it abuse? Might have been an assembly goof. I would rather have these switches than the poppers.

    I'm quite pleased

    By Jaceen

    from Minnesota

Comments about Visual Sound V2 Series V2LC Liquid Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

I really like the tones of this pedal - it doesn't destroy your original tone but rather adds to it, which was a must for me. I use the subtler settings so I can't speak for the leslie type sounds but the tone I get can be described as smooth, trippy, organic, and probably a tad liquid at times (hence the Visual Sound Liquid Chorus name.) The reason I knocked some points for quality is this - I've had the footswitch jam in the down position temporarily, which was frustrating because I was on stage at the time, and the pedal is also not true bypass. One other thought, the paint job chips easily which I actually like but I know that some people might be concerned about that. So, in the end, I would definitely recommend the tones of this pedal and am not dissappointed in the purchase.

    LUSH SOUND

    By nemeton

    from New York

Comments about Visual Sound V2 Series V2LC Liquid Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

This analog chorus pedal is a beautiful addition to any pedal board. I use it in stereo and before I click it my amps sound so empty. It adds a great fullness to my sound. 100% worth the price.

    Massive Swirl

    By Zimmer Man

    from Chicagoland

Comments about Visual Sound V2 Series V2LC Liquid Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

This is a great pedal!!! The outstanding feature is the Stereo output which works whether or not the effect is turned on... But boy oh boy when it's turned on and you have two amps facing in opposite directions the room just fills up with a magical sound that's hard to turn off. It sounds great with my acoustic electric guitars and with the electrics. When it's on you get a little boost in the level which is great for bringing your sound up in the mix when playing with a group. If you've been disappointed with the Chorus sound on your multieffects box or in the amp you use, consider this an opportunity to really enhance your sound, especially if you have the option for using the stereo outputs. You will not be disappointed.I especially like this sound when I'm playing my classic Byrds tunes and psychedelic Beatles tunes.
