The first pedal of it's kind built for modern fusion guitarist, Tom Quayle.

One of the forerunners of the fusion genre is Tom Quayle. Tom is the UK’s finest and most in demand exponent of modern fusion.

When Wampler first met Tom in early 2012, he was already using the Euphoria and Paisley Drive stacked together to give him the tones he required. But something wasn’t quite right; those pedals are voiced for other genres of music altogether so Wampler set about honing the tones to match his style of playing. He needed more transparency, a tighter and controlled response on the bass end and when stacked up they needed to sound and feel like an amp running at high levels and give each string complete clarity and response.

Over a year later, comes the Dual Fusion. With two independent circuits that are based on but completely modified from the Euphoria and Paisley Drive, Tom finally has a tone that can be used when he is in full flow as a musician.

The Dual Fusion is the first pedal to be specifically voiced for the fastest growing breed of musicians around. It has some of the most versatile stacking/signal path options available on an analog pedal.

Comments about Wampler Tom Quayle Signature Dual Overdrive Guitar Effects Pedal:

Needed to update my rig and after a lot of research decided on the wampler Dual Fusion. This one pedal is two completely individual overdrives that are completely tweakable. You can create your own signature sound and run one side into the other for twice the sound. Excellent pedal.

Comments about Wampler Tom Quayle Signature Dual Overdrive Guitar Effects Pedal:

The pedal is based on the Euphoria (Ch 1) and Paisly (Ch 2) with some minor tweaks suggested by Tom Quayle. Going in Ch 1 and out Ch 2 the Paisly side sounded NOTHING like I expected and had very aggressive gain and leaned a litlle dark. Going in Ch2 and out Ch 1 (the way I will use it most often)the Paisley side sounds EXACTLY like you would expect and is great for hot rod country style Tele playing. The Euphoria following the Paisly adds additional bite and sustain which is great for blues and classic rock. The pedal is SO flexible you could write for days about it. Suffice to say the pedal has the sound you are looking for if you have the patience to find it. The most important things are that it is very touch sensitive and amp like in feel and response and it is difficult to find a tone that would not sound really good in some context. If you only play one style of music this pedal may be more than you want or need. If you need to cover many styles, this pedal and a good clean tube amp will cover everything including usable (if not completely authentic) metal sounds. It is very important to check out the sounds stacking Ch1 into Ch2 and then Ch 2 into Ch 1 since the two directions completely change the character of the pedal(s). You can also use just Ch1 or Ch2 without stacking. That gives you a slightly tweaked Paisly and a slightly tweaked Euphoria for the price, which is a good value all by itself. Add the stacking functions and the toggle switches on each channel and you are in tone tweaker's Heaven! Do not let the "Fusion" thing dissuade you from trying this out. If you are a fusion or modern high gain player you will want to stack Ch1 into Ch2. If you play lower gain styles just go Ch2 into Ch1 and you will find killer tones for stage, studio or bedroom volumes.
