Comments about Way Huge Electronics Limited Edition Echo Puss Analog Delay Pedal:

Really like this pedal because it does what its supposed to. Operationally, there is no noise, solid construction, and thing stays put and doesn't crawl around the floor. Its very versatile and I can dial in the amount of echo from a little slap back and shimmer to spaceship craziness. Probably what I like best is that it doesn't color the tone of my signal, just adds the effect. Very please

This pedal is very versatile. I play for my own enjoyment and this pedal a good choice for my needs. I also own the Way Huge Fat Sandwich and am impressed with the quality of the pedals.

Comments about Way Huge Electronics Limited Edition Echo Puss Analog Delay Pedal:

Bought this specifically because it gets wild and uncontrollable but I found that it can be subtle as well. This really does add a whole new dimension to my tone. I have 3 delays on my board. EchoPuss for atmospherics, H20 for long delay and a DD6 for warp and short delay. This can do your traditional delay but it is at its best at 3 o'clock for both the time and repeat knob. Bought this to give my single guitar the delay and echo to sound big during clean leads and hard rhythm as I am the only guitarist in my band. However, it sounds great just picking quietly. May need to tweak the tone during heavy distortion as your controls on clean may not sound as good on dirty. The swells and warbles are lush and brilliant. The speed and depth knobs really allows you to dial in the perfect amount of Warble or dial it out. If you really want to get lavish delay and echo sounds I can't think of anything else in this price range you would want more. The Catalinbread EchoRec might be its competition but I found this to give you more control while the EcoRec was too unpredictable. I just wish the input jacks were not on top.

Comments about Way Huge Electronics Limited Edition Echo Puss Analog Delay Pedal:

Wow! I put this pedal in my effects loop after everything else- and it really shines! I can't even describe how happy I am with this pedal!

First off- The tone is amazing- I swear my signal just comes out of this box nicer, even with the knobs all at 0. :D

If you're looking for a classic delay sound, from a Van Zant slapback to a Gilmore space-trip, this pedal delivers. You can also dial in a nice dry echo for a more metallic/hard sound- basically this goes from old school Memory Man to New School Carbon Copy with some slight adjustments. I got a David Gilmore sound out of it almost immediately, and my partner actually thought I had put on a Floyd CD :)

At first I was leery of the modulation, but the depth and speed controls let you find your sweet spot there with no problems- even if your sweet-spot is "off" you can do that too :)

The tone and blend controls are really icing on the cake- and allow for a lot of fine-grained control of your repeats.

tl;dr This pedal makes me sound like a pro- and I am not :)

Comments about Way Huge Electronics Limited Edition Echo Puss Analog Delay Pedal:

In my 26 years of playing i have found no better analog delay than the Deluxe Memory Man with 2 mn3005 bbd chips... til now! I tried one of the "new" DMM with the mn3008 chips and it just was not even close to the same and not even as good as a Carbon Copy by far. My experience is that you cant really judge a good delay on the internet, it must be "played" and "felt" through you guitar...that is when one will just "feel" right and just blow your mind. This Echo Puss is perfect, it has great modulation and controls, plenty of delay time for real music, has a "full" sound that is very rich, almost more than your ears can take in, just beautiful, way huge has a real winner. The carbon copy was just ok enough for me to use until i found a better delay, this Echo Puss is leagues better than the new DMM considerably and is as good and maybe better than my original DMM in its original enclosure and configuration. Buy this pedal, you will be glad you did. I'll be buying more way huge pedals for sure!
