Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the landmark 1987 Anthrax album Among the Living, ESP is proud to introduce the limited-edition LTD FB-ATL bass. This Frank Bello Signature Series LTD bass features graphics inspired by Anthraxʼs breakthrough Among the Living album artwork, but thereʼs more to this bass than good looks. It offers a comfortable alder body and smooth maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Also, its ESP LDJ (bridge) and LDP (neck) pickups with ESP ATB-1 active tone boost are completely ready to rock.

Though not a fan of anthrax, i tried out this bass to see if it had a good metal tone. It had an okay one, and is not very versatile. The bridge pickup wasn't working, so that ticked me off. The neck and action are alright, but the frets are a tad sharp on my fingers. Don't buy this bass, it isn't worth half the money it sells for. If you really need a signature model by this artist, get the fender version or even the Fender Aerodyne jazz bass would satisfy you allot better than this did with me.
