Comments about Ovation Nikki Sixx Custom Elite T Bass Acoustic-Electric:
This bass I first read about in bass player magazine YEARS ago. It was bought as a gift for me and I love it ! Although it was designed for and by a man, I have really grown to love it. The built in tuner makes life a breeze, just grab, tune and play. I am very impressed about the electric sound as well as the full bodied tone this wonderful Ovation produces. The only thing I do not like is the round design of the back. This thing is a beast and it is a bit difficult to handle standing up. Perhaps it is not an issue for men. I love the fret markings and the paint is so very high glossed, at times it photographs almost mirror-ish. I find this is the bass I grab first out of my collection.
