Excellent Bass

By Love dat Bass

I purchased this bass about 6 months ago. I was travelling on business and found a "display" model in a guitar shop. I played it for about 45 minutes right there in the shop and I had to have it. Quality product all the way around. I have not found any problems, glitches, etc.. with this Bass. I own three high end Fenders and this is my most played Bass. Excellent quality for the low price.

I have wanted a Parker for some time but it was out of my price range. But the PB series allowed me to purchase one and see what Parkers are all about.First thing you notice is the shape and that is not a bad thing. The neck is great like an old jazz bass with a vintage feel because of the flat finish on the back of the neck. Very thin and easy to play. The EMG's do a great job with a good tone. The weight is heavier than I expected at 9 pounds due to the light weight big brother Fly bass.I like this bass and would rate it perfect if the body was thinner on the bottom cut away and was made of wood. This is a great bass at a great price but cutting the body down and using wood would make it so much better. The flat finish will not appeal to everyone but does not require polish.
