Comments about Hal Leonard Intermediate Metal Guitar with Marc Rizzo (Book/DVD):
I bought this DVD a few weeks ago and I was looking forward to it arriving so much I could barely sleep. Well I popped it in and instantly this guy starts pulling off terrifying riffs and licks. The only problem is he doesn't explain what he's doing. I mean, unless you've memorized every chord and note everywhere on the neck this dvd is just plain frustrating. You constantly have to pause to see where he's at on the neck, which string he's on and which fret. I also bought the beginner version of this a while back when I first started and that help a LOT, so I had high hopes for this one, but...it sucked...due to difficult instructions.
