Comments about Hal Leonard Musical Theatre Anthology for Teens - Young Women's Edition Book/2CD's:
This is a great book, full of great songs. However, I bought this book specifically for the 2 CDs that are SUPPOSED to be included. I paid the extra charge for the CDs, it clearly says that 2 CDs are included, but THEY ARE NOT. I received the book without CDs twice, and attempted to clear up the mistake with the company both times. The first customer service rep was wonderful, it was an easy mistake to make, he assured me the right book would be on its way. I sent the other book back and waited for the new one. The new one came, identical to the old one... NO CDS. So I called again. The second representative couldn't have cared less about the issue and told me that they didn't make them anymore, I would have to download MP3s of the music, and there was nothing more that they could do. I disagree, the book CLEARELY says that it includes 2 CDs, and there is another book option that you can purchase without the CDs. I had to settle for no CDs and got my money back, but that doesn't get me what I need, which is a book of sheet music with piano accompaniment CDs so that my daughter can rehearse with accompaniment. Very frustrated. Will never use this company again.
