Gold Coverage
Used gear sold domestically with a condition rating of 1-3 is eligible for an optional one-year protection plan.
The cost of the plan varies based on the price of the product and covers items priced up to $14,999.
Protection begins at the end of the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period and covers:
- * Damage due to normal wear and tear
- * Environmental damage, including dust, internal heat, humidity and power surges
- * Our "No Lemon" Policy: If an item priced over $200 requires service or repair four times for the same reason, we'll replace it.
