Comments about Mooer Ninety Orange Phaser Guitar Effects Pedal:

Sounds identical to that "other" classic orange Phaser, for less. Sturdy box, firm switch and knobs, nice compact design, and it's a winner right there.

BUT there's a switch on it! Kick it into "Modern" mode and its like another pedal. More aggressie phasing, a little more "in your face".

I'm really happy with this Mooer unit and after looking at their other options I think I'll be owning more of their products soon.

Comments about Mooer Ninety Orange Phaser Guitar Effects Pedal:

This is is nice phaser, but the problem I'm running in to with it is , when running in front of overdrive, it all but gets lost in the mix. When running after od, it's that super intense jet plane effect that is too intense for most. Wish I could.find a sweet spot for it before dirt, but it just seems to weak. It did try running at 12v, which helped some, but not enough to make me really satisfied with it.

Comments about Mooer Ninety Orange Phaser Guitar Effects Pedal:

I was looking at an EVH Phase 90 when I spotted the Mooer Ninety Orange. Now, I had an original Phase 90 when they were new so I wanted something with a nice vintage phaser tone but liked the modern switch that the EVH had. I saw this on sale at MF, liked the sounds clips I heard online and especially liked the mini size. The bottom line is it sounds like a vintage phaser and has the modern kick if you want it. For a lot less money than the MXR you can score a very nice phaser that is basically a clone of the EVH Phase 90 and, you'll have more room on your pedal board. Not sure about battery drain because I always use power supplies. A very nice basic phaser that does what it is supposed to do and is built well.
