        Comments about LP Rio Tambourim Striker:

        I can"t comment on durability, as I just received it yesterday. This is exactly what you need for that classic samba/batucada sound. Triple rods have the right amount of spring. It's lightweight. The grip has a sort of tacky feel, which can help when your hand starts sweating. Overall seems well made and meant to last, which is good because I can tell I'm gonna have to practice a lot!!!
