Whether you're a DJ, producer or live performer, the SPD-SX provides an intuitive interface to capture and shape sounds in inspiring new ways.
Sample and Sequence With Precision
The SPD-SX makes capturing one-shot samples, looped phrases and full playback tracks an efficient process. Its large touchscreen offers a clear overview of your sample pads and effects assignments. A USB port allows you to easily import, export and backup your samples, as well as update the SPD-SX operating system. With the SPD-SX, you'll be firing off custom samples and loops on stage or in the studio in no time.
Sculpt Your Sound With Multi-Effects
Three powerful multi-effects engines provide real-time control over your samples. Tweak parameters like cutoff, resonance, attack and decay to create dramatic tonal shifts. Add delay, reverb, pitch shifting or other effects to warp your sounds into something new. With the SPD-SX, you have a mobile production studio to manipulate samples to your heart's content.
Perform Intuitively
The SPD-SX is designed to facilitate expressive live performance. Its pads are responsive, with adjustable threshold and sensitivity settings to match your playing style. Nine faders and buttons provide hands-on control of volume levels and effects on the fly. LED indicators provide visual feedback in low light environments. Whether you mount it to a drum stand or keep it on a table, the SPD-SX is built to be an integral part of your setup.
Premium Protection Included
To keep your SPD-SX safe in transit and storage, a custom-fitted SKB iSeries case is included. This durable case features high-quality PE foam that cradles the SPD-SX, with space for sticks, power adapter and more. You can transport your sampling pad confidently knowing it's well protected.
