The HP900PSW also features Tama's double-chained Power Glide Cam, for increased power and speed. Among other patented technologies are a Vari-Pitch Beater Holder and a Quick-Hook spring attachment. Great pedals Iv had mine for 2 years now and they've been awesome smooth fast and sturdy. Thou if ur already very experienced and want to go over 220bpm maby this isn't for you, it is possible with this pedal just not as easy as it could be but perfect pedal if you want to upgrade and don't have the money for the axis al2'a if speed is what your looking for. These cobras have awesome power good speed you just open the box and your ready to go if you care to there plenty of easy adjustments to get the feel you want and YES the cobra coils make a difference.

despite my tiny complaints, this pedal is still great. love it.
got the iron cobra double pedal, power glide today for christmas. Right away I set it up. only feature i could complain about is the fact that i can't loosen the spring tension very much. the minimum spring tension is still moderate tightness... However, other than that, there isnt much to complain about. seems like a very sturdy pedal, can get pretty fast on it, lots of power, great carrying case comes with it, tons of adjustability.
quality is pretty high, but my beaters came with a few scratches. very sturdy pedal.
I feel like the Iron Cobra is a great pedal, but could be knocked down price wise.

It overall is a amazing pedal it just doesn't compete with other pedals for the price. The speed cobras can help you out.
Truly the best double base pedal ive really played but I've haven't played any really fast pedals. This pedal is nice and all but it isn't great speed wise. Its a great pedal and I love using it but if you want a faster pedal for the same prize get the speed cobras. They are great.
Great beaters, looks heavy but isn't, and it has soooooo much adjustability which makes you feel move comfortable.
I got these for a lower price and it doesn't seem to compete with the speed cobras.
