Intense ZBT sounds to expand your set.
The Zildjian ZBT 3 Cymbal Pack includes an 18" crash ride and a pair of 13" hi-hats plus a FREE 14" crash (after mail-in rebate). Sound grooves and round hammer strikes in a simple circular pattern on the top surface of ZBT cymbals magnify the basic sound of the distinctive ZBT alloy. ZBT Series hi-hats produce a sharp and focused sound with an excellent, bright chick sound. The ZBT crash ride produces a cutting ride sound with good crash qualities. The free 14" crash has a brilliant finish and a crash sound with easy playability--the perfect first crash cymbal.
The bright, intense, high-pitched sound of the ZBT series cymbals cuts through the mix of other instruments. The sheet origin and lathing techniques create high-volume projection that speaks quickly and brightly when struck and decays rapidly. Since ZBT cymbals are pressed and lathed from sheets of uniform, high-quality bronze alloy, they are remarkably consistent.
The highly polished, brilliant finish looks fresh. Excellent, clean stick articulation with controlled overtones. ZBT cymbals take Zildjian Bronze Technology up a notch with advanced hammering and lathing; and enhanced sound for versatility, musicality, and professional performance.

I have used the ZBT's on my friends set for a year now and I find the ride to be too loud and overpowering. The crash is alright but it doesnt have the volume. The hi hats arent too bad. Overall this cymbal pack is good for cheap cymbals. I would recommend these for someone we has just started drumming.
Ok, first off this is the lowest model (and crappiest) you can get from Zildjian. I have had ZBT's for 2 years now and they've held up well but aren't what you would expect from Zildjian. The sound isn't great at all, the ride is ok but the hi-hat sounds like crap. I do however like the sound of the bell on the ride but other than that they aren't great at all. They are great for begginners but for advanced players like me they suck.
I think this is a preaty good deal. Thies are the first cymbals I have ever purchessed. Ok, so I'll start with the crash ride, this cymbal is preaty good (butI haven't had much axperience with many cymbals but)the ride sound really doesnt really have a good ping, the bell is preaty good and loud, but mostly I like to chrash it. Now for the crash. The good part about it is that it was FREE! But personaly I dont like it that much, although it is good for beginers. But it just dosent have that good crash sound that I like because of its size. Next time I'm going for a 16" that will probubly be a ZHT series. Now the high-hats. There pretty good if you are begining or dont have alot of money. IF I were you I wound try paiste 5 high hats and ZHT crash and crash ride. Over all these are probly better for beginers.
