what Gibson?

I personally played the Gibson F-9 model against this Breedlove FF...the chop on the Gibson was thin and wasn't deep in tone. The breedlove has great sustain and better playability compared to the Gibson and the case the Breedlove comes with is superb and classy ! At a fraction of the cost of the Gibson, needless to say, the Breedlove sells itself.

The best sounding, playing, and looking mando around. You must play one to understand what I mean.Upgrade to an Addi top.

Value to quality ratio is off the scale.

I started on the mandolin about 7 years ago now, playing a cheap introductory mandolin for most of that time, and if you are looking for a superb instrument under $2000 bucks then this is your piece.
