Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
I played the Chuck Schuldiner Tribute guitar in a local music shop. I found it at a significantly lower price compared to what MF is charging. Plus I got it setup for free. This is a decent guitar, but I don't like the wrap around tail piece. BC Rich could have put the quad bridge on it and at least added a tone knob.On the plus side, it sounds great. Not great enough for 1000 bucks.
Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
This thing is amazing. I played it at my local music shop and it is great for Death metal, industrial metal, Thrash, and Metal-core. Great overdrive tones even better distortion - this thing screams. Other reviewers said that it doesn't sound good clean, I think it sounds great. Most people will want this guitar to get that Death sound that Chuck had. I got it to sound like that exactly! Also, If your a Buckethead fan try out this guitar because Buckethead used the X2N pickups that this guitar comes with back when he played a King V. I'm definitely gonna get this. You should too!
Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
alright, so first impressions of the guitar.....the X2N pickup: i dont typically like to say 'brutal', because its become a played out word of late. but holy hell is this thing brutal, haha. i thought i was getting some heavy sounds with my G&L Cantrell, but this thing is like being hooked up to a Tubescreamer, stuck on 10. i actually had to cut back the gain on the amp to compensate for the guitar. and on the other end of the spectrum, i was completely blown away on how great this thing sounded clean. very good cut, while still retaining a good amount of mids. the more you turn down the volume, the more mids you get(very good jazz sound).hardware: love the tuners. good gear ratio, not too touchy. ive read/heard a lot of hit and miss reviews on the bridge. saying it was what they put on their entry level guitars. well, all i can say to that is "so what?", 'cause i like it. very simple, very solid. what more do you need out of a wrap around hardtail?body/neck: body is very light. given the shape you wouldnt think so, but its very comfortable. the neck took me a few minutes to get used to, its a lot thicker than my G&L. i would say pretty close to a les paul, maybe not quite as much taper to the higher frets. seems a bit thicker in frets 5-9. frets and fretboard are very slick/comfortable. again, it took me a few minutes to adjust to the neck, but once i was used to it, excellent playability. overall, a great addition to the arsenal. i was able to play everything from clean jazz runs to classic rock & dirty blues to the most extreme of metal. is it the be all/end all of guitars? if i didnt love my G&L so much, i might be inclined to say yes. i like the neck of my G&L more, and im pretty attached to the custom wound Alnico thats in it. but surprisingly, i think the Chuck Tribute might actually be the more versatile of the 2.

I bought this guitar about three months ago, and I couldn't be happier. The black finish is absolutely amazing, and the guitar is just beautiful. Pretty light, and all the frets are easily accessible due to the way it's built. Pretty thin neck, the DiMarzio pick up in it, is amazing, I couldn't believe how much power I got out of it; and the tone was amazing also. I'd recommend this guitar to anybody into Heavy Metal/Death Metal, whatever. This is it. Maybe a tad pricy, but it's totally worth it in my opinion.
Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
I recieved my stealth yesterday, The first thing I noticed was how small the body is. It's a bit smaller than I expected, which was perfect. It's very light, However it does have a bit of neck dive... But a good strap will fix that. The neck is a bit chunky, After a few hours of playing on it I got use to it though. I'm use to playing on an 85 NJ Warlock with a thin neck. The X2N is my new favorite pickup, This has way more output than the single emg-81 in my Warlock. Pinch harmonics scream and chugging is low and uber brutal. All in all it's a very nice guitar. Worth $1,000? problaby not, Maybe more around $800. The quality is great though. There were a few little dots where they missed the black paint over the sealer coat (end of the fretboard where it meets the body) and the on top of the fretboard near the body are a few scuff marks from where they polished it. But it's only noticable if your inches away from the guitar. If it were lost or stolen, I'd buy another... I'd problaby look for one a bit cheaper though.
Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
I like one pickup guitars. I like Kramer Barettas and BC Rich Gunslingers. Back in the day I had a handmade stealth two pickups though and some switches (BC Rich partial active electronics)I sold a while ago. But I saw this guitar I had to have it I like Death but it's not the style I play wich is what suprised this axe dose not just play death metal it plays hard rock, thrash, and british metal too. The neck is very nice wich have probably heard. This guitar is great and from the front looks the same as the handcrafted model so it is very high quality. BC Rich makes the best guitarsin my opinion even the imports so if this Rich impresses you try the calibre warlock, exotic classic mockingbird, perfet 10 bich, mockingbird st, asm pro, and the kerry king signature warlock.
Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
I played on this fine guitar and was impressed. I half expected it to be an Indonesian made insult to Death fans. It wasn't. Fine craftsmanship. Excellent factory setup, although in the wrong tuning. After playing it for 20 minutes or so, I realized that it really needs to be played through a vintage Marshall Valvestate to perfectly mimic Chuck's attack. (Ahem...) Tube amps are a bit too warm to replicate Chuck's tone. I might add that the scale length wasn't as much as an adjustment for me as I thought it would be. This guitar is simple an effective like an AK47. It does what you need it to superbly, nothing more, nothing less.
Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
A really sexy and wonderful guitar!!! with such an amazing and very powerful tones, a very fast and smooth neck, and a very lovely wicked shape.
Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
I received this guitar in perfect condition. it didn't even need a setup. The only thing I wanted to do was to change the factory strings which were not that good and put my favorites on and voila, perfect. The black paint finish is beautiful and this guitar is addictive to look at in person. As soon as I plugged it into the high gain channel of my amp I was floored by it's awesome tone. When I played some Death riffs I was almost freaked out by how close to Chuck Schuldiner's signature tone this baby comes; anytime you play a Death riff it sounds just like him!!! truly amazing. The craftmanship is what you'd expect at this price range. Great quality components like Grover tuners, and Neck through Alder wood make this a quality representation of Chuck's legendary stealth. If you don't have like 4 grand to lay down for the handmade custom shop version of this, then this will be perfect for you. I honestly think the only difference between this and the 4 thousand dollar handmade version you can get is that on that one the fretboard might be just a little nicer and more polished, but otherwise these are the exact same specs as the original and you can tell that the heart and soul of Chuck's sought after signature tone was transferred over to this model. It's definitely not the most versatile guitar around, but if you want a guitar that's built for metal and heavy rock and that looks and plays amazing, then this is a keeper!
Comments about B.C. Rich Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Electric Guitar:
It attacks. bottom line, right when you plug it in you can feel how sharp the tone is. If your into fast, heavy and technical rhythms this guitar will be your best friend. Only thing is if you want its full potential from just a bridge pickup, tube amps fit it best. The one volume isn't a problem neither, the X2n has more than enough output. the thru next is sexy as hell providing more than enough access to the upper frets. Chuck would dig this guitar reppin his name.
