The best way to honor Dime is to JAM!!
Dean has put together the Dimebag Darrell Lightning Bolt Baby ML Guitar and Amp pack as a way for beginners to enter guitardom and pay tribute to their favorite guitarist.
The Dimebag Darrell Lightning Bolt Baby ML electric guitar is a true shredding machine. The 3/4 body size is great for young beginners and it has Dime's classic Lightning Bolt finish. Vicious Dean pickups and black hardware add up to explosive tone and looks. Gig bag included.
The Mean 10 guitar amp is a butt-kickin' little 10W firecracker, and will serve you well as you learn your scales and riffs. Treble, mid, and bass controls let you experiment with your sound until you find your own voice. There's a headphone jack too, so you can jam into the late hours without annoying the neighborhood. The included strap, cable, and picks mean you can start rippin' as soon as you open the box! And for added inspiration, Dean's thrown in an awesome Dimebag poster and a Tribute trucker's hat!

Bought this for my 12 yr. old Dimebag fan. I plugged in and played 'cause being a responsible parent I had to test it;) This guitar is awesome. She's gonna love it!
The sleeves for the strings are pushed in too deep, therefore the strings cut into the guitar slightly. A few washers under the top sleeves corrected this problem. The guitar is very light, and the neck surprisingly feels like one found on more expensive guitars. It plays great stock, no need to change pickups if you have a multi-effects pedal. This is a guitar that needs playing. It will make it into my rotation, given that I now have 13 guitars.
I just bought 8 of these little guitars for all of my Grandchildren. We are gonna start a Heavy Metal Version of the Partridge family. I love jammin with them and these guitars are perfect for the little ones. Only one of em knocked himself out jumpin on the bed playin it. LOL It brings a tear to my eye to see them play "Walk" by Pantera. I'm sure Dimebag feels the same way.
I've had this guitar for a few months now, and I'm still very happy with it. I bought it as a cheap guitar to play live with. The dual humbuckers produce surprisingly good tone. The bridge it comes with is (as expected) a pretty cheap bridge, and after a few shows I was constantly breaking strings. I replaced the original bridge with one that had graphite saddles, and haven't broken a string since.
Hey all! I bought this guitar a few months ago for my 7 year old son Tommy as a birthday present. I'll tell ya, he loves the hell out of it! The greatest thing in the world is to watch him jumpin around with his guitar to "Walk" by Pantera..It makes me proud! LOL..I'm sure Dime's lookin down and sayin, "Damn! Look at that kid go!" Getchapull!!!-Lesley In Buffalo, NY
I got this guitar for christmas and it plays great. The amp can go from a clean to distorted tone. The only problem I had with it is the strings arent that great, but overall this is a great beginner guitar. RIP: dimebag.
This guitar really surprised me. I own a Les Paul custom and an LTD Viper and I have been playing this every since I received it. The Pickups have alot of power for a low end pickup. The graphics rock, you can't go wrong with this.
Wonderful guitar. The best I own. Exellent sound and playability. Certainly worth the buy. The amp is realy loud for it's size and has great distortion.
This guitar is awesome. It's got a ok sound and is a great beginner guitar. The amp is ok but I would rather use my Marshall. The strings that come with it don't sound very nice so I got some boomers for it and it sound awesome. Plus the only problem with the guitar is it has slow action but other then that its great.
I had never used a dean be for and this has great sound. If you love metal and/or are a major dimebag fan you have to get this. The only problem was the amp doesn't sound the best.
