Our least expensive classical guitar pack!

The Dean Nylon-Stringed Guitar Pack includes not only a quality traditional classical-style guitar, but you also get a travel bag, footstool, and a pitch pipe. The select spruce top on the guitar will speak your licks truthfully, with warm and supple tone, while the rosewood back and sides add tasteful brilliance. The rosewood fingerboard is aesthetically balanced with the natural-finish spruce top and is a sleek and comfortable fretting surface for your guitar.

The nylon strings are easy on the fingers of new guitarists who haven't yet developed the calluses demanded by steel-string instruments. Appointments include mahogany binding, maple purfling and back strip, and a mosaic rosette. High-grade classical tuners help you tune up efficiently before performance or practice.

Dean guitar company puts quality woods and materials together with workmanship at a very affordable price.

Has great tuners, knobs are pearized plastic.     But look nice. It's easy to fret the strings, even using bar chords. Like the pattern of the rosewood on the back of guitar. Nice gloss finish.

I compared other guitars in this class, they didn't come close to the quality of the Dean classical

guitar for the price.

This is a great value, a well made guitar for the price.

I found myself in a rare position last month. I teach classical guitar in a local public school and I had an end-of-year surplus in my account. The bookkeeper at my school said if i didn't spend the money it would go to the chorus (gasp!), so I bought TEN of these all at once. Like all middle school programs, I have about a dozen guitars that have become unplayable through the years (warped necks, stripped keys, adolescent abuse, etc.), so I needed to replace some real beaters. Of the 10 axes I received, I've gotta say the quality and consistency of these guitars is very good. No warped necks (although this model seems to have a truss rod adjustor at the base of the neck), no protruding frets, no frozen or bent keys--very nice, especially at this price point. Included are the footstool (I recommend it for promoting good classical technique), pitch pipe, and gig bag. Not much of a bag, but all my others have beat-to-death chipboard cases, so it's not much of a downer. Strings, too are kind of underwhelming--after the second day or so I began to see fretwear, but again you'll want to replace the strings anyway. Nice guitars, nice accessories, nice price, in toto a super, how-can-you-go-wrong package!

Nice assortment of stuff included

Not awesome, but quite good. Solidly built, tuners work well.

See headline. If you can score one on sale, so much the better!

I have been playing acoustic guitar for almost four years now, but I really needed a classical guitar for college. After doing some searching this seemed like a great deal. I unboxed this packaged deal about four hours ago. I am very pleased with my purchase. I do not know much about classical guitars, but this one sounds great to me. The foot stand is sturdy and looks great, but the G on my pitch pipe doesn't work. (Not that that matters because I would much rather use a tuner.)The gig bag is also great. Overall, if you are in need of an inexpensive classical guitar and don't mind a few extra goodies for free. I would definitely purchase this package.
