Style, attitude, and killer tone!
A dark finish and black hardware make this a sleek-looking guitar. For easy play and tone it features a set 25-1/2"-scale neck, American-made Seymour Duncan humbuckers (SH-1 RP @ neck, Pearly Gates @ bridge), and a 2-point synchronized tremolo. 3-way switching.
The Pearly Gates humbucker generates a less-refined Patent Applied For sound that's sweet but slightly rude, echoing the rebellious sounds of Texas blues musicians. The SH-1 RP (Reverse Polarity) spawns the warm, smooth tone and sustain that made humbucker inventor Seth Lover a legend.

Alright, after searching ages for the guitar that can do everything i found this. Locking tuners, floating bridge, and Duncan pickups. Other than being very easy to string and versatile the tone you get from this is amazing. It is all one piece of wood and if very comfortable. I have it in black the finish is great and red devil DRs really set it off. It is perfect and sounds amazing through my 5150 combo. I mostly play hash of metal and punk. A Wilhelm Scream sorta stuff. This can handle anything I throw at it. I was playing Ibanez. This guitar made me better.
This is a great guitar for this price, a few problems here and there but still a great guitar. The main problem I had with this guitar is the bridge, cheap little thing was never stable enough and the whammy bar always loose. I think I'm going to replace it with a wilkinson trem from carvin later on. I'm pretty sure this was just a problem with my guitar, but I think it's still worth mentioning, the bridge was out of alignment with the hole in the back covering so I had to take it off to replace stings. The bridge wasn't floating when I bought so I fixed that and removed the back cover and everything is perfect. The best parts about this guitar are the neck and pick-ups. The neck and body are one piece and the neck is painted so it feels great and you don't have to worry about adjusting as much. The pick-ups sound amazing, and are almost to good for this price guitar. If you are looking for a good guitar for a low price, the only guitar for this price that I'd rather have is a FRS deluxe stratocaster, that thing is amazing.
ive played many fenders- between tele's , strats, an i get exactly what i want out of the showmaster hh-great tome-great feel- it gets the job done for what in concerned an i feel thtas its great
Arrived from musiciansfriend with a damaged, inoperable pickup and three broken strings... new out the box, this is just plain weird. Just looking at the thing, you could see it was damaged, you know?Anyway, called Fender and they told me to take it to a authorized fender dealer.. still waiting for them to repair it.Musiciansfriend offered to take it back, as they aren't stocking this guitar anymore (I would have rather they knocked a couple of bucks off), but it's a really nice guitar otherwise. The whole ordeal leaves me cold on Fender.
this guitar is great! i played it at the local guitar shop about a week ago and i loved it! this will definitely be my next guitar! the set neck is great, along with 2 humbuckers, and of course the fender name make this a great guitar! anyone who is thinking about this guitar should definitely get it! you won't regret it.
