Comments about Fender Standard Stratocaster HSS Swirl Electric Guitar:

I was really excited about this as I buy guitars that appeal to me visually. Every picture I saw was exciting. The "completely unique" swirl I got was a lump of blue with what appeared to be spilled gray paint running down the guitar. There was no "swirl" to this at all. I am amazed that the quality control people let this one go. I realize not every one of these can be a masterpiece, but this was a dog. Couldn't really care less how it sounds, it looks too awful to play. I have never returned a guitar, but this one's going back.

Comments about Fender Standard Stratocaster HSS Swirl Electric Guitar:

I was very surprised with how well this guitar sounded. I have played a Squier Stratocaster for 15+ years, and have had several other brands/models in that time frame. This guitar is versatile having a tone that allows me to play anything from slow and melodic, to fast and grungy. Very happy with the purchase and think that I will be sticking with Strats in the future,

Comments about Fender Standard Stratocaster HSS Swirl Electric Guitar:

The color of mine was a lot different than the one I saw, it still looks sweet, but it'd look better if it was the one pictured.

Comments about Fender Standard Stratocaster HSS Swirl Electric Guitar:

I bought this from the great staff of MF. I jamb hard but I also collect cool limited editions and that's what this one is. I did some research and am sure this will become collectable. Yes its MIM but so was the splatter painted version from a few years back and I can't find any!!! As far as quality it plays and sounds like any other MIM Strat. Mine has a few dimples in the body finish but man does it look cool! Get one before their gone.

Just picked up one of these. Is standard MIM Strat with the cool paint job. Great guitar, great quality that I would expect from Fender. I was told they only made 150 of these, not sure if they will make more or not. each guitar is unique. Sounds like a strat, plays like a strat, overall strat mojo! :)
