I have tried this guitar in store. The action was great,it played as well as my standard telecaster electric. It is very comfortable to play, and so would be a good feature for younger/smaller players that can't manage a traditional dreadnaught acoustic. It appeared to be well constructed. I did not like the sound unplugged, very shallow obviously due to the body style. However it sounded good plugged into an amp. I can't decide if I really want to buy it or not. The telecoustic would make a nice addition to a collection because of it's uniqueness, for beginners, a knock around guitar for fun. Do not expect it to sound like a dreadnaught.
