    Not your average jazz guitar.

At first glance the Godin Multiac Jazz Guitar has a familiar look, with its single cutaway, chambered body adorned with traditional F-holes and the Godin GJN1 humbucker at the top of the fingerboard. The slotted headstock and preamp controls on the upper bout offer clues that this guitar is much more than traditional.
Each saddle in the bridge is an independent transducer, supported by an onboard preamp and graphic equalizer. This system can be used on its own or in combination with the neck pickup, opening up a world of new sonic possibilities. Also includes a hexaphonic output from a 13-pin connector that provides direct access to Roland GR Series synthesizers and other Roland V-Guitar products that use the same interface!

    Features

    • Body: silverleaf maple center with poplar wings and solid spruce top
    • Silverleaf maple neck with ebony fingerboard
    • 25-1/2" scale
    • 1-11/16" nut width
    • 16" fingerboard radius
    • Custom RMC electronics with 13-pin connector for direct control of Roland GR Series and Axon AX100 guitar synths

The perfect blend of tradition and technology. Call or click to order yours today!

    Godin Multiac Jazz

Comments about Godin Multiac Jazz Guitar with Spruce Top:

The Guitar is nice. I put new strings on it and tweeked it a little and it plays and sounds incredible. My problem is that I own several high end 3 voice guitars. All of them have the magnetic and the piezo pickup on a TRS cable. This one has a separate cable for each so I can't change guitars (to the Multiac Jazz) without changing cables. it's annoying. Now my real complaint! Godin doesn't answer their emails. I have emailed info@godinguitars.com 3 times to tell them that I love the guitar but can they give me info so that I can make this guitar work on my system. They don't write!!! They don't say we're looking at solutions or we don't think we can help you or anything at all. I own 3 Godin guitars and have owned a couple others that I sold.If your Godin guitar works for you when you get it (mine always have) you're fine. If you need help or a response fogetaboudit. You'll never hear from them.I guess this was my last Godin. What a shame. for a mid priced guitar I really liked the company. I could have one of my techs look at it but the principle of it all... It takes all of the joy out of getting a new guitar.

This guitar has it all . . .

Comments about Godin Multiac Jazz Guitar with Spruce Top:

I own and play Gibson, Fender and Takamine guitars live and in the studio. I recently purchased the Godin Grand Concert Multiac and the Godin Jazz Multiac guitars. The Godin Jazz guitar is now my favorite overall guitar for performing and recording. It plays really well, has great tone when played through a quality tube amp, the synth tracking is the best I've played when played through the Axon Mark II, and has separate 1/4" jacks for each of the 2 pickups. It is a dream come true for performing and especially for recording. This guitar is worthy of serious consideration. And it is made in CANADA !
