OVERVIEW

All-solid construction yields great articulation and tone and an always-reasonable Guild price.

With a six-string grand orchestra body with sharp cutaway, bone nut and saddle, solid red spruce top, red spruce scalloped bracing, solid flame maple back and sides, and the D-TAR® Wave-Length„¢ Load 'N Lock pickup system, the Guild F47MC Acoustic-Electric Guitar holds its own with all other U.S.-made guitars while staying true to the Guild tradition of offering a more affordable instrument. This guitar won't buzz! I intentionally tried to fret it bad and it will not buzz. Sweet, rich, warm tone. I normally only like satin finish guitars but this one with the thin laquer is amazing. Cough up the dough and buy this bad boy!

BIG sound and beautiful tone

By FenderMan-CDm94

I received this guitar one year ago, and it is absolutely amazing. Even with old strings and a bad sound system this guitar purrs. It doesn't have the acoustic sound of a Henderson, but plug it in and it will blow you away. I love this guitar, and wouldn't ever sell or trade for anything else.
