Thinner body with cutaway for easier fret access and playability.
The AEG Series' slender, single-cutaway bodies deliver powerful and balanced acoustic sound, unplugged or through an amp or PA system. With its easy playability, the AEG guitar can be a workhorse acoustic guitar that will rise to any occasion.
The AEG15II starts with a cedar top and a mahogany back and sides body in low gloss finish. Electronics include the Fishman Sonicore pickup and the AEQ-SP1 preamp for complete tone control, plus an onboard tuner for quick, discreet tuning. Other features include chrome die-cast tuners, a rosewood fretboard and bridge, and Ibanez Advantage Bridge pins for improved tuning stability.
