Comments about Ibanez Gio GRG20Z Electric Guitar:

The guitar I purchased was sold as needing repair.

When it arrived, I found it exactly as pictured on the Musicians Friend website.
After some minor adjustments and a simple repair to one of the pickup mounting brackets, the guitar is in excellent condition.
I have another, more expensive guitar that I have loved for years, and I would compare the playability of the Ibanez to that one.

If anyone needs a good, reasonably priced guitar for any reason, I would suggest you take a look at one like this one.

Comments about Ibanez Gio GRG20Z Electric Guitar:

Believe it or not, all Fender, and Ephiphone guitars
are mostly defective. Unless you buy a strat standard, you're going to be hating life, guitar players. The Ibanez Gio on the other hand, that I owned had no problems. I bought a more expensive
AM73TBR Artcore(Discontinued) and it broke immidiately. I am suing the store and the manufacturer in small claims court.

But the Ibanez Gio that I owned two years ago(I sold it for money what else.) was a really bargain. No fret buzz, zero jack hum, all humbuckers worked as promise. But get this many players will think you're kidding, I'm not, when I say that even pros like myself, have been had by
        Epiphones lifetime warranty.

Its a scame, so is Squires series. All poorly made junk. Not sour grapes, their guitars are defective ask other players, they'll tell you to steer away from Asian, Chinese, and Mexican guitars.

Ibanez Gio series, though, is a farily good guitar. Non any pick up problems, zero crackle, or hum, and the finish was sharp(Blue).

Its a guitar that you could use at big gigs with no problems. Its fast, a different feel than les pauls, whose rounded backs allow players to get to solos quicker. While strats are a players guitar, you really get to feel you're fingers moving.

My Ibanez Gio has had no problems. In fact I'm trading in my shoddy Ephiphone les paul for the GRG20Z. Hunny I'm back.
