I pluged in the second i opened it, i love the look and the feel of the guitar. Its perfect for everything. I shoped around for atleast 2 months and decided to go with this and i can honestly say, I will be playing this guitar for a very long time. I love it!

OK, here's the only review you need to read. .Here'r the good points... Great looking guitar! Really thick smudge proof finish.  Stays in tune because of the ibanez headstock, strings stay straight to the tuning pegs. No angle like a jackson, or esp. Stays in tune. Pick ups are pretty good. Here's the bad...The pickups get a great metal sound, but not a good reggae or clean strat sound. Basically a singe coil in the the neck position or a coil-tap would have done the job. Now here's a real  big problem. The top of the body has a sharp edge, so as you strum the  guitar your right forearm scrapes along body, which is really annoying and somewhat painful. I had a fender-startacoustic that did the same thing. You'd think in this day and age the designers would fix such a problem, amazing to me that they still make guitars with this design flaw. I want to take a sander and round the top edge, but I know it would ruin the finish. Guess Ill just sell this guitar. It's really ashame because this guitar would be a 9 or 10 rating if it didnt have the sharp edge at the top of the body. Come on guys, what were the designers thinking, it's like they didnt even test it out before the produced guitar...I have a JS 1000 Ibanez, which is about quadruple the price of this, so I really like Ibanez, just wish it didnt have the sharp edge. Try playing this guitar for longer than an hour, and you could have an abrasion on your right forearm. That's no joke and it really makes playing uncomfortable. Too bad, I really thought the Ibanez design team would get such a obvious problem.

Read features above...I hate the body, it has a sharp edge on the top that will cause an abrasion on your right forearm....how could the miss this simple problem? Baffling....

I love the fact that this guitar is non-trem. I was looking for this type of guitar because a trem is just distracting. I gave it an eight because the PUPs aren't the greatest, but they still rock.

Hands down the best quality for this price range.

I've played dozens of guitars and own half a dozen, this is by far my favorite.

Amazing, if you are looking for a budget guitar that plays like a Telecaster and built like a rock, don't look any further then this guitar.

Great Buy!  Fixed Bridge.  Stays in Tune Excellent!  I did change the saddles out to ferra glides!!

NO more broken strings...  Thninkin of changin to demarzio super disotorion pups although the factory Pups are very nice for the Metal sound!  I just like to customize!

24 frets too plent of room to play the bottom of the Neck.     The volume control is in a good spot!

doesnt get in the way.   Had it for a couple years,  seems to be very good quality.  Frets are solid.  never had a problem with the tuners..    I like th dot inlays too.

It's a nice lookin Guitar I"m sure it would look great on Stage!!

Gets a few scratches without a pickguard but minimal..
